You got into the cab, moving farther away from a poorly dressed Shawn by the second. You let out a shaky breath as you told the driver to take you to the airport.

How could he do this? How could he sleep with someone else, and his excuse was even worse than the reason he did it.

He just couldn't wait, could he?

A part of you wanted to run back into his arms, blame yourself for not giving yourself to him sooner, maybe you could have avoided all of this, but you didn't. Because if he really did love you, he would've waited. He would've dealt with it, it was just for a while longer, it's not like he was the only person deprived of the feeling of euphoria.

You felt your phone buzz in your pocket, wiping away your tears, you saw the caller ID, not wanting to pick up.

"You okay, miss?" The driver asked, making you sniffle and wipe away your tears

"I don't know anymore." You whispered as you arrived

"He isn't worth your tears, miss." He said, helping you unload your luggage

"Thank you." You smiled sadly, paying him and walking away

You told the woman at the desk you needed the soonest flight available home, which was in about 6 hours. You could wait 6 hours, right?

You walked to the nearest chair and took out your phone, seeing approximately 40 messages from Shawn

Baby, please I'm so sorry, it won't happen again, I promise

It was a mistake, she meant nothing

Please don't leave me, baby please

Come back to me

Please come back

I'm headed to the airport, I need to see you

Please, Y/N answer me

I know you haven't gotten on a plane yet, you're still receiving my texts

Just tell me where you're going

Please?

That was all it took for you to break down. A mistake, he says. If it was a 'mistake' he wouldn't have gone all the way through with it.

He gave her consent.

He took her to his hotel room.

He asked her if it was okay.

He took her clothes off.

He was inside her.

He said her name instead of yours.

He wouldn't have told you.

He would have kept it in even after the day you die.

This was all him, it wasn't a mistake, it wasn't an accident. He was well aware that what he was doing was wrong, yet he went through with it anyway.

"Y/N!" You looked into his bloodshot eyes, full of hope and love.

His eyes were one of the features you loved so much about him, you could spend an eternity looking into them and never stop. Now you can't even bear to look at them.

"Y/N, baby please come back, let's talk about this in private." He said, crouching down to try to get you to look at him

"Y/N, come with me." He begged, trying to put his hand in yours making you pull them away and look away, and he let out a choked sob

"Babe, I know I fucked up, but please say something." He said, looking around to make sure they weren't recognized yet.

"Leave me alone." You said, your voice above a whisper

"No, ba-"

"All flights to Toronto have been cancelled due to bad weather, next available flight will be in at least 24 hours." The loud-speaker announced making you put your head in your hands and get up, walking to the woman again, Shawn following straight behind

"You told me there was a flight leaving in 6 hours."

"I'm sorry miss, we could provide you with a hotel room until the time being-"

"That won't be necessary," Shawn said butting in

"Shawn-" Before you could say anything else, you noticed a small crowd beginning to form

"Shawn, we gotta go." Geoff said

You huffed walking away from him and to Geoff, he hugged and comforted you and walked you to the car

"Y/N, baby-"

"Wait until you get to the hotel room, Shawn. This isn't where you should be discussing your issues with her." He said, ushering to the small crowd that was forming as he took you to the backseat of the car, knowing Shawn would ride in the front or drive

"I'm getting in the backseat." He announced making Geoff block his way

"Shawn what you did was a dick move, if she was my sister I'd punch you in the fucking face and make sure you got what you deserved, but she isn't. So just give her fucking time." He said pushing him to the passenger seat, which he didn't oppose to

On your way back Shawn put on your favorite songs, looked back to you sometimes whenever you let out a sob or sniffled, his heart breaking. But he deserved it.

Once you stopped at his hotel you got out of the car to see a crowd of photographers, smirks on their faces when they saw the tears on your face knowing that this was gonna have a huge story.

Shawn by instinct grabbed your hand, but you violently took your hand out of his, somehow going unnoticeable to everyone except Shawn that was torn. He offered to carry your bags, but you wouldn't even look at him and you carried your bags inside ready to book your own room.

"Hello, yes I'd like a room-"

"That isn't necessary, Y/N-" Shawn cut in but before you could shoot him an angry glare telling him to shut up Geoff cut in saying that you could sleep in his room and he'd sleep with Shawn.

You grabbed your luggage and walked into the elevator, making sure Geoff kept Shawn away from you as you ignored his looks.

As soon as you three were alone on the highest floor that was seemingly reserved for Shawn and his team only, you walked to Geoff's room with Shawn hot on your heels, and with your luck it had to be the one in front of Shawn's.

"Y/N, baby please-"

"Leave me alone." You choked walking in and shutting the door behind you, leaving Shawn banging on your door, begging to be let in, but stopped shortly once Andrew warned him about how he may be receiving complaints from the floor below.

Shawn sighed and slid down your door, silently praying that you would open the door. The boy wasn't religious, but he'd need a miracle for you to look at him. He really had fucked up this time.

"I'm leaving tomorrow, Shawn. Whether you like it or not." You sobbed from behind the door

"N-no, you're not leaving me! I wanna talk! I'm not leaving until we talk, and neither are you!" He said hitting the door with his elbow

"You lost the privileges of even looking at me the moment you stuck your tongue down her throat." You cried, walking away from the door and laying on the couch. Waiting for the next day to arrive so you could get away from him.

Little did you know that he meant what he said.
