Chapter 10. I cant be falling for my bully...again

Maddy's p.o.v

"maddy, I-I love you"

I didnt know what to say....

"Michael, it's just I have a boyfriend!"

he sighed angrily

"whatever and that kiss, it meant nothing!!"

he walked away and punched a wall.

"but Michael-" it was all I had to say,suddenly a devil appeared on one side and an angel appeared on the other of my shoulder.

Devil: see look what you've done dumbass, you liked that boy and now your just turning him away when he admits he loves you!

Angel:Now, now dear the devil is just being a bit of an exaggerator although it seems like you have done wrong, you simply told him the truth and the truth might hurt... sometimes.

*dream over*

"MADDY, MADDY!" I woke up to my mom yelling at me to wake up.

"uhhhh mom im up".

she sighed

"well do you have everything packed?"

I nodded half way asleep and halfway awake.

"great get dressed, the Cliffords your dad and I are waiting down stairs".

she left the room and I sighed

I came down the stairs, I didn't care that my hair was a mess at least it was in a bun so it was unnoticable, I had my rainbow tank and fuzzy shorts on, my fat unicorn high knee socks on and my black slippers on, that's as ready as im gonna get.

I had my suitcase in my hand and when I got down I saw everyone starring at me... even... Michael.

"sweet heart is that really what you're gonna wear on the way there". my dad said

I nodded I was still so tired.

I went to the fridge and grabbed a pear and a water bottle.

they were in the living room chatting it up except for Michael, he stayed silent on the couch, waiting for us to leave.

I didnt care what he thought anymore, I wanted to talk.

I went over to him and sat on his lap.

"hi"I smiled

"hi"he laughed

I set my head on his shoulder and I felt my eyes become drowsy again.

....a couple minutes later

I woke up to the sound of flashing.

I opened my eyes to find me sitting on Michaels lap and my head on his shoulder.

he screamed

"Guys stop, dont take pictures, your gonna embarrass her".

I lifted my head...

"hi Michael"

I smiled, I felt like I was in a good mood, good enough to "flirt"with Michael and see if he likes me, which im pretty sure that he doesn't.

"hiya"

he said cheery... thats not like him.

"arnt you worried about these damn photos your mum and dad captured of us, while you were sleeping and ARE CURRENTLY SNAPPING!!"

he tried to block out the camera's but they dodged it and kept flashing.

"nope" I said

"ill even do this"

I kissed his cheek and his parents faces were shocked.

"maddy you have a boyfriend remember?"mom said removing the camera from her face.

I rolled my eyes.

"guys i think its about time to go"

my dad said

I looked back at Michael who's face was extremely red.

eh who cares im not gonna fall for the douche anytime soon i have the best boyfriend in the world I kinda just wanted to see the reaction in his face.

I got up and grabbed my suitcase, we all headed in the car.

I was in the back with Michael the two front seats were mrs.Clifford and mom and the drivers seat was dad and Mr.Clifford.

we started driving off

"so dad how long does it take to get from here to the place we're going to?" I asked

"like I think 2-3 hours"

I sighed.

I pulled out my phone and saw that i had a skype request...

I accepted it and he pulled up on the screen.

"hi babe"he said

"Hey I already miss you maddy"

I heard awws coming from mom and Mrs.Cliffords area

"MOM!" I shouted

he chuckled "its all good, its all good well this week is gonna be sluggish without you madds, do you still have the necklace I gave you?".

I held it up to show him

"great!"

"Hey who are you with?".

I laughed "just my family and Michaels fam".

he looked confused.

"Isnt that the kid who you said bullies you?".

my eyes went wide and my throat went dry.

everyone pulled their attention towards Michael and I..

"babe no it was a-another Michael, now I gotta go hehe bye!".

I shut off my phone before he could say another word.

"Michael?" mr.clifford said with his eyebrows raised.

"um, I -"

"he doesnt bully me, he really doesnt, he makes sure I dont get bullied, he's like my best friend and I love him as a bestfriend".

I scooted closer to him and wrapped my arms around his neck, pressing our cheeks together, smiling I hated it but I couldn't let him get into trouble.

suddenly I got this tingly feeling in my stomach, and the angel and devil appeared on my shoulder again.

Devil:you moron, now he's gonna think you like him, then when you push him away he'll keep bullying you again, good job freak!

Angel: nonsense dear, that old witty trickery devil doesn't know what the flying coconut he's saying and as for you, destiny will find its way, just know it, listen to your gut...and your heart, thats also important!

With that they vanished in thin air.

oh my God the angels right, I hope im not actually falling for Michael Clifford again.

Our cheeks pulled away,he smiled at me and mouthed the words "thanks"

I smiled and looked out of the window...

I dont like him, I dont like michael, I like zach, he's perfect, amazing, he is super cute and hilarious, he has the best personality. focus on Zach...your actual boyfriend.
