Broken - Chapter 7

(Dean's POV)

After Liam took Kaylie upstairs, me and Ajae went back to ,looking on the internet for anything we missed on Lucifer while Sam was sat at the desk with Bobby, talking about how they could kill him. I was hoping that they went to bed soon, so that me and Ajae could sneak out and go see Alex. It wasn't til 2 that this happened though. Ajae had fell asleep, so I nudged her and she woke up.

"What?" She rubbed her eyes.

"The rest are asleep, we need to go meet Alex." I told her, as I stood up and grabbed my jacket.

"Oh yeah." She replied, getting up and following me to the door. We got in my car and I turned the engine on, hoping that no one would hear it. I drove out of the gates and headed for the bar. Ajae kept nervously fidgeting in her seat, so I reached over and grabbed her hand. She relaxed a little and gave me a thankful smile. The car ride only took about half an hour, so we didn't have to be in the car for that long. 

Pulling up, we got out and went inside. We were a tad late, so we hoped that Alex was already here, which he was. He was sat at the bar, looking for us, while drinking a beer. He waved when he saw us and Ajae grabbed my hand again and waved back. I glanced at her and saw she was nervous, so she needed the support. I squeezed her hand for support as we walked towards the bar. I sat behind Ajae, as she sat next to Alex.

"Hey guys." He greeted, taking a sip of his beer. T

"Hi" Ajae replied, as the bartender came over. 

"Two beers please." I ordered and went back to the conversation.

"So how have you been?" He asked.

"Good, you?"

"Fine."

They remained silent for a while, so I decide do cut to the point.

"So what information do you have for us Alex?" I asked him.

"Oh yeah that. Well a friend of  friend has noticed a  few omens in Arkansas. These omens match the ones that were happening the last time we knew where Lucifer was. I thought that you might want to check it out Ajae." He handed her a brown file. 

"Thank you Alex." She smiled at him. 

He finished his beer and said he had to be somewhere else, so we said goodbye and he left. We stayed for while and had a few more drinks. As we were leaving, Ajae's phone went off. She handed me the file and grabbed her phone out of her pocket. From here I could see it was a text, but I couldn't see who it was from or what it said. Her jaw clenched and she shoved her phone back in her pocket.

"Ajae, you okay?" I asked as we climbed into the car.

"Yeah." I didn't believe her. I didn't start the car. Instead, I turned to face her.

"Ajae, you can't lie to me." She looked me in the eye and sighed, before handing me her phone. I took it and went to the message section. The most recent was from Sam.

'You are literally being stupid! Why the hell would you go and see him after everything he has done to you? Are you that suicidal or did you just not think? I don't care if Dean is with you. We need to talk so get here now!'

"Just ignore him Ajae." I gave her phone back and started the engine. "I'm guessing you don't want to go back?" She nodded and I told her, I'd take her to the nearest motel. I paid for a room for her and we walked to it. 

"I'll come back for you in the morning okay?" I told her, about to walk out before she grabbed my hand.

"Stay please." She pleaded and I gave in. Shutting the door, I took my jacket off and threw it on a nearby chair. There was only one bed, so I guess I was sleeping on a chair, but for now we sat on the bed and watched the crappy TV.

I glanced at Ajae, to see her fast asleep. Carefully, I tried to move off the bed, but I failed and ended up falling with a loud thud, which woke her up. She peered over the edge at me, failing to contain her laughter. Glaring at her, I got up and dived at her gently, pinning her underneath me with one hand and tickling her with the other. She exploded into a fit of giggles and tried to free her hands from my other hand, but didn't succeed. After a few minutes, I stopped tickling her and we just stared at each other, neither of us moving or speaking.

Before I knew what had happened, Ajae's lips were on mine. At first the kiss was gentle, but then it became lustful. I bit her bottom lip, causing her to gasp allowing my tongue entrance. She pulled my top off, breaking the kiss for a mere second, while my hands fiddled at the hem of hers. I pulled away and looked at her.

"Are you sure about this?"

"I'm sure Dean."
