Chapter 9
(Unknown POV)
I watched her from the window of the motel room. She quickly stood up and held her arms up in front of her. Her eyes were a golden colour that always held so much emotion. I saw her fall to the floor, but a man caught her before she did. I watched as he carried her to a bed and sat down next to her; kissing her forehead and holding her hand.
That should be me there. That should be me caring for her.
That should be me she loves.

(Sam’s POV)
“Okay what the hell just happened?” Cassidy asked for the tenth time and yes I kept count.
“Cassidy just shut up.” Dean snapped at her. He was sat on the bed with me next to Ajae.
“Dean leave her alone.” Liam said wrapping his arm around a crying Cassidy. Dean shot him a glare, before looking back at Ajae.
“Hey I found-“Castiel appeared behind us and we all turned to look at him. He stared at Liam and Cassidy straight away. He went to open his mouth but someone beat him to it.
“Sam” A small whisper came from next to me. I looked at Ajae, to see she was staring at me and her eyes were slowly turning pale blue again. She slowly sat up, holding her hand to her head.
“You okay?” Cassidy asked rushing over to us and hugging her sister tightly.
“Yeah, I’m fine, just got a bit of a headache.” Ajae smiled weakly.
“I’ll get you some pain killers.” I told her as I kissed her forehead and got up.
“Do you remember anything?” Liam asked sitting next to Cassidy who had stopped hugging her sister. Castiel was still stood by the bathroom door, watching them, if looks could kill, Liam wold have been dead the minute Castiel showed up.
“I remember Dean holding Liam up against a wall and I was really annoyed and then next thing I know I woke up on the bed.” Ajae casually shrugged as I handed her two pills and a glass of water. She popped them in her mouth and took a few sips of the water, before handing it to me and I placed it on the bedside table.
“So you don’t remember flinging me across the room with your mind?” Dean asked raising an eyebrow at Ajae, who just shook her head.
“Well you did, thank god I landed on the sofa” He said as he got up and grabbed a beer from the fridge.
“Damn, I should have aimed for the floor” Ajae smirked at him, as me, Liam and Cassidy burst out laughing. Dean just glared at all of us.
“Can we get back to the job?” Castiel said and I could tell he was trying to contain his anger.
“Gladly” Dean replied as he sat at the table. “So what did you find out?” He asked looking at Castiel.
“Oh yeah, the nest is somewhere in the west part of town. That’s all I could figure out.” Castiel shrugged, “Well I got to go and sort out something” He said before disappearing.
“Looks like we’re gonna need another room” Ajae said smiling at Liam and Cassidy

(Cassidy’s POV)
Sam booked another room for me and Ajae; I guess me and Liam couldn’t be trusted. I don’t mind, at least now I know who I really love and that, that person still loves me. It had been a few days since Ajae had her ‘moment’, but we had all put it to the back of our minds, until this job was finished. The guys had gone out to get food, which left me and Ajae at the motel researching. We had all checked the west part of the town and found nothing, which meant we were back to square one. Ajae was lying on her stomach on Sam’s bed, on the laptop. I was sat up on Dean’s bed, flicking through books on vampires.
