The clear blue waters in his eyes are clouded like a raging storm. the silhouette of his body was layed in the mattress for so long, a permanent outline is seen whenever he had the courage to get up.
the bags under his eyes hung lower than before.
he'll recall the sound of your cheery voice whenever he walked in the room. to how flustered you'd get whenever he speak to you. not a single thing went unnoticed in his eyes. now, he's regretting noticing a little too much about you.
a pile of your clothes sit in the corner of the room and he can smell your scent. he noticed the first outfit you wore on your first date- to the first mission together, first vacation, first night alone together. he grimaced, turning away from the memories as he walked into his tiny kitchen.
opening the fridge, he saw precooked food that you made for him since he was so bad at eating healthy meals. his heart sank when he saw the little notes on each tray of food before him.
he took out a random dish then proceeded back to his bed, depression and sorrowful pains eat away at him. he lays back into the outline of his form, slowly eating the last of the meals you cooked for him. his mind wanders to a time he wished he could drink away.
