Y/N's Point Of View:
"Shawn, I really don't have time for this, I have to meet a client in an hour," I argue, while my boyfriend carries me upstairs blindfolded.
"No, hun I think you can spare a few minutes once you see my surprise," he replies, arms tightening around my petite body.
"Shawn! You know of hate surprises," I respond, slightly annoyed.
"Well not this one," he says, and I can practically hear his smile.
Soon enough, he puts me down and I smell flowers.
"Shawn," I warn.
"Y/N, relax," he chuckles, closing a door.
"Okay, can I ask you two things?" I ask cautiously.
"Yeah," he sighs.
"One, where are we?"
"The bathroom," he responds casually.
Jesus.
"Two, are you going to kill me?"
"No!" he exclaims.
"Shawn, just take this stupid blindfold off," I groan.
"Okay, hold on one second," he mutters.
For a few seconds, I hear nothing and then wish I rephrased my question from earlier to, 'am I going to die today?'
"Okay, you can take off your blindfold," Shawn says eagerly.
I rip off the blindfold, and see the bathtub filled with water tinted pink, and it has rose petals floating in it, along with rose petals leading from where I'm standing to the tub. Instead of the normal light, there's candles lit around the bathroom.
"Shawn, did you do this all for me?" I ask, smiling.
He beams, "Well, yeah, but I was hoping we could take the bath together."
I roll my eyes. This boy is so sneaky.
"Yeah, sure, why not?" I chuckle, stripping off my clothing.
I finish taking my clothing off before Shawn, so I step in the tub. It's really warm; so relaxing. Shawn steps in after me, and we slide closer together. Soon enough we're cuddling, and it's so relaxing I almost fall asleep.
"Thank you, Shawn, you really don't know how much I love you," I mumble, snuggling close to his chest.
"Yeah, I do, because I love you more," he replies, kissing my forehead.
