Y/N's Point Of View:
"Hey, Shawn, I'm going to the store to get some groceries, would you like to come?" I ask my boyfriend, who's currently in the kitchen washing the dishes.

"Sure thing babe, but first I have to finish washing the dishes," he says, turning around and flashing his perfect smile.

"Okay, how about I help?" I ask, walking over to where he's standing.

He moves aside so I can fit my petite body in front of the sink. I grab a towel.

"I'll dry and put away, you wash," I say, looking at him.

He nods, and hands me the first wet plate. I dry it, and put it in the cabinet. By the time we're finished, it's been 20 minutes.

"Shawn, we have to go, now!" I exclaim, before grabbing his arm lightly and running towards the front door.

I already have my credit card in my phone case, so I'm good.

"But babe, I have to put my shoes on," he whines, sitting down and grabbing his sneakers.

"Fine," I sigh, leaning against the door.

Once he's done, he goes to stand up but then trips and falls into me.

"I'm sorry," he apologises, before laughing.

"It's fine, now let's go," I reply, before dragging him out the front door.

We get into my car and drive off to Stop & Shop. We only need a few things for dinner, so it shouldn't take long but just don't want to be eating dinner at midnight so we have to go now. As we pull into the lot, Shawn's song comes on and we start singing. Loudly. I pick a parking spot and get out of the driver's seat, only to realize that when Shawn was getting out he stubbed his toe on the car door.

He always manages to hurt himself in the most odd ways.

A/N, it's really not odd, I've stubbed my toe on the door before, it hurts like heck. Comment if you have!

"Baby, are you alright?" I ask him, still laughing.

"Yeah, it's not broken or anything," he replies, jogging over to where I'm standing in the parking lot.

We walk into the store and are hit with a cold blast of air. Shawn runs over to where the carts are and I look at my list. The first thing is veggies. Shawn rolls the cart over to me and I shake my head, letting him know he can push it if he wants to. He nods excitedly, pushing it and running through the store.

"Shawn, we need to go get veggies!" I shout, and he turns around, heading for the produce.

I giggle, and start to jog and catch up with him. We walk side by side, until I break away and walk to get a plastic bag. The veggies we need for dinner are broccoli, carrots, spinach, and potatoes. I only need to use the plastic baggie for broccoli, since I can pick which one I want.

"Shawn, can you get a package of carrots and a container of spinach please?" I ask him.

He nods, pushing the cart towards the items. I pick out a medium sized broccoli head, and I quickly tie the bag. I head over to where Shawn is and place it in the seat part of the cart, and planting a kiss on his forehead. Shawn turns around a returns the kiss, only this time it's on my lips. He places the spinach and carrots with the broccoli.

"What now, princess?" he asks.

"I think we're going to have to get potatoes, I'm making soup and it uses them in the dish," I reply.

"Okay, I think I saw an aisle with them that way," he says, pointing to the other side of the store.

"Okay, let's go then," I sing song.

Shawn runs, pushing the cart forwards and jumping on the end, placing his feet on the bottom of the cart and his hands on the handrails. He rises the cart straight into an aisle containing canned goods. I burst out laughing.

"Shawn!" I cry out, giggling. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, just a little broken," he replies, voice muffled.

I start walking towards him.

"That's why you don't fool around in a store when you're not experienced," I explain, helping him pick up the cans that fell do to the impact.

"Yeah, well the moment was fun while it lasted," he replies.

"Shawn, the moment lasted 3 seconds," I giggle.

"Whatever, let's just go get those darn potatoes," he mumbles, a smile playing with the corners of his lips.

"This time I'm pushing the cart," I say.

"I'm okay with that, get it away from me, it's just as bad as a tomato," he replies, making a disgusted face.

"Let's go," I chuckle.

I push the cart, with Shawn close behind. We get the potatoes and are about to head towards the aisle where chicken stock is held, but I'm caught off guard by a crash.

Shawn, what happened this time?

I turn around, to see Shawn, laying face first on the ground, with chip bags sprawled out around him.

"Oh my god, are you okay?" I ask.

"Yeah," I breathes.

"Shawn, why are you so clumsy?" I ask, shaking my head and laughing.

"I have no idea, but can we just go home and order a pizza?" he asks, chuckling.

"Sure, after all of the events that played out this evening, I'm kind of afraid to continue shopping," I reply, sounding scared.

He stands up and picks up the bags of chips, and we both check out the items we have so far.
