Ch.53

June 1st

Today Messiah birthday and I haven't talked to him in about a week. I've been trying to call him all week and he'd either ignore the call or text me and tell me he'll call me later but never call.

"Nya hurry up before I leave you" Zoe said standing at the door waiting for me

"Okay here I come" I had to call my mom over because like I said I haven't talked to Messiah so my mom and his mom has been helping out more.

We got to class and after 2 hours of listening to this lady talk and show us different patterns and colors, I was really hoping that she wouldn't assign anything this week.

My professor assigned another event. This week we have 2 events that we have to design for. Everybody has different locations so I'm pretty sure I won't get the same locations as Zoe.

"This about to be crazy" I said rubbing my forehead

"Oh and I forgot to add that you will have to bring your own plus one to each event and you will have to design their outfit as well. The plus one to the first event will have to be the plus one to the second event so choose carefully. Some people won't have 2 events in one week but still be prepared if something changes. With that said you all have a wonderful day and I will email everyone individually your locations." Our professor told everyone

We walked to Zoe's car because he picked me up this morning

" Girl I'm bringing one of my boy toys to them events. Who you bringing?" Zoe asked as we drove back to my house

" I was thinking about Jada but she got her own life going on. There is one person I have in mind because I have the perfect design for her but ion know"

"Who?" he asked me

"I was thinking Trisha because I have a design that would fit her perfect but then again we ain't really all that cool for me to just be inviting her to all my important events"

"You should really do that, y'all could really get to know each other more"  Zoe was about to drag this so hard

"I said maybe, that don't mean imma do it" I said as I was trying to call Messiah and he finally answered.  " YOU FINALLY WANNA ANSWER YOUR FUCKING PHONE?" I put the phone on speaker for Zoe to hear

"Nya chill" he sounded like he was still sleep

"Messiah I haven't talked to you in over a week, see I knew it was too soon, come get this damn ring and we can go back to co-parenting." I hung up the phone before he could even respond.

"What ring?" Zoe asked as we pulled up to my apartment complex

"Oh yeah i forgot to say im engaged,I mean I was engaged" I said dry as I opened the car door and got out

When I unlocked my apartment door I walked in and seen Messiah parents and my parents sitting in the living room talking. "What is this?" I asked walking all the way in

"Well someone is here to surprise you" After they said that Messiah came out the room dressed in a suit and his hair braided into 4 braids

"What is this?" I asked as I sat my stuff down on the counter

"I need you to go get dressed so we won't be late" He said opening the bedroom door

"Wait I just talked to you" I was confused

"Yeah I had to put on a fake voice" He bit his lip  "Also everybody heard you cuss me out" he said as I covered my mouth 

"Oh wow... Im so sorry" I said to all 4 of them
