Till Death Do Us Part

Chapter 16

The weather had a rapid change. It began to softly rain, gradually getting heavier. Adriana, Camilla, Laura and the boys were walking out of the doors, ready to get in the limo and drive to Nathan's house. Nathan helped each of the girls get in the limo. The girls still wearing their high heels were very tired. Adam noticed them tired and decided to get a wine bottle and pop it open. It splashed all over the girls. They were all laughing and having a good time .

They arrived at the house and sit on the lounge. They see the time, which reads 12:24 am. However as late as it was, they weren't tired from all the alcohol they recently had.

"What can we do" Laura said, slightly tipsy from the drinks.

"There is a spa in the pool house." Nathan responded.

"What are we gonna wear" Camilla asked.

"There are spare costumes in the pool house from my sisters" Nathan Replied.

The girls didn't even realise that there was another building. The white pool house was double the size of a cottage. Nathan prepared drinks for everybody, while everyone was getting dressed. 

After getting ready they all met at the spa. Adam and Peter were already in the water, while Nathan was getting the drinks. The girls went in the spa, with the men holding their hands to guide them. Nathan came with the drinks and gave everyone a glass.

"So, how about a game of truth or dare", Laura said with a scheming smile. Everyone agreed. "I call first", Laura snapped. She looked around, wondering who to ask. "Adam, truth or dare?".

"Truth", he smiled.

"What is your deepest, darkest secret", she said, interested to hear. Everybody looked at him in curiosity. He looked hesitant and was scared to say it. He looked down, with his eyes glued to the water and quietly said, "I knew that someone was going to die, I had the chance to warn them and save them, but I didn't". You could tell that he was trying to hold back his tears. Adriana moved closer and tried to comfort him. The spa was filled with awkward silence for a moment.

"Laura, truth or dare", Adriana said, attempting to break the silence.

"Dare" She smirked.

Adriana laughed, thinking of a good dare. She looked at Camilla, then looked at Nathan, then back to Laura.

"Laura, I dare you to kiss Nathan". She said while waiting to see Camilla's reaction.

Then there was awkward silence again. Camilla's face was blank.

"No way. Nathan is not kissing Laura.", Peter said as he became angry.

"She doesn't have a choice, its a dare" Adam explained.

Laura looked at Camilla. Then at Nathan, who kept on looking at Camilla. She then looked at Peter who seemed pissed.

"Its a dare, so I have to do it", Laura said while looking at Camilla.

She left her spot next to Peter and went to Nathan. She put her hands on his cheek, sat on his lap and leaned close to his face. She closed her eyes and kissed him. The kiss went on for 5 seconds. They opened their eyes, looked at Camilla and saw the anger that was written all over her face. Camilla got up and walked to the empty spot near Peter. Then suddenly, she sat on his lap and started kissing him. Everybody looked in shocked and after the kiss was over, Camilla got out of the spa and walked away, ignoring the surprised expressions.
