Are we friends or are we more?

Chapter 2

Joe rings Zoe to explain that he's dragging me along with him as we walk towards his house. His house is just 5 minutes away from mine. From the other end of the phone I hear the giggle of Zoe. As Joe talks to his sister I go through the Youtubers in my head. I've watched their YouTube videos, of course I have, they're such a big part of Joe and Zoe's life. I go trough and what they look like in my head. There is Marcus, he's the one who says heloooo and has brown hair and green eyes. Also there is Louise, I've met Louise before, she is really lovely. Then there is Jim and Tanya, they are a bit older than the others. Tanya has brown hair and brown eyes and so does Jim.  And of course I can't forget Alfie, Zoe's boyfriend, I've met him too.

Joe hangs up. "Zoe said that it was cool"

I nod and smile, we are at the top of his street now.

"Can you remember when you used to say fairy's lived there?" Joe asks pointing to the field opposite.

I laugh. "Yeah, I used to say that they were my friends"

Joe laughs too as we turn down the driveway to his house and walk through the front door. "You always were an odd child" He says.

"Autumn!!" I am tackled into a hug as I walk in. I laugh returning the hug. I don't even have to look to know the hug is from Zoe, Zoe and I are about the same height and size, we've always been similar in those ways. 

"Hi" I say pulling away and smiling at her.

"I haven't seen you in so long. Are you growing you're hair? It looks so long!"

I blush glad she's notice the fact I have been growing my hair. Joe hasn't. "Yeah" I say as Alfie comes from behind Zoe and slips his arms around her waist. 

"Hey" He says resting his chin on top of Zoe's head. "You're Autumn right? I think we've met before"

I nod "I think we've met once" 

"Go through then" Joe says before it gets awkward. He places his hand on the small of my back and pushes me towards the door to living room.

"Alright!" I say. "Can I just take my shoes off?"

"Don't bother with shoes" Zoe says following Alfie into the living room. "We're getting new carpets so it's all floorboards"

Joe pushes me towards the room again and I don't know why but I feel nervous. I turn back. "This is for you Joe Sugg" I whisper. 

He grins and we both enter the room together. 

In the living room Tanya, Louise and Jim are sat talking about something while Marcus is texting someone. Zoe and Alfie stand next to the door way. Louise looks up from her conversation. "Oh hey Autumn" She smiles.

"Hiya" I say.

Jim and Tanya look over to us. "Hi" Tanya does a half wave.

I wave back and Jim smiles. "I'm Jim, this is Tanya" He says.

I nod. "I'm Autumn"

"Marcus" Marcus says from the couch making me jump slightly.

I smile "Hey"

"What are you guys doing?" Joe asks sitting on the nearest couch.

"We are about to watch a movie" Zoe says sitting on the couch next to him, Alfie sits too. Is stay stood awkwardly in the door way.

"What movie?" Joe says.

"Iron man 2" Jim grins. I've never watched iron man before, I think I watched superman once with my dad. Are they the same thing?

"Sit down" Joe says to me as Zoe gets up to sort out the DVD.

I look around, there isn't really anywhere to sit, Jim, Tanya, Louise and Marcus are sat on the other couch and the only space free is the one were Zoe was sat. "There's not really anywhere to sit"

"You can sit here if you want?" Marcus says. "I'll sit on the floor"

I try to think of an excuse to not sit on a couch with a couple of guys I barley know. Joe notices my hesitation. "There's room for 2 here" He pats the seat where Zoe was sat.

Zoe grins finishing with the DVD player she grabs the remote of the top of the TV before grabbing my hand and taking me towards the couch. "Come on" She grins pulling me down to sit next to her and Joe. I'm a little squashed as I sit next to her and Joe but it's nice, it's cosy.
