Changbin was confused, his mind was still submerged in sleep but his body was beginning to wake up . There was a warmth beside him and he couldn't quite figure out where it came from . His eyes wouldn't quite open yet but he let himself lean more into the warmth because he found it soothing.
He began to hear light snores that didn't belong to him, that's when he was able to start blinking. Strands of orange hair was the first thing he saw,and he almost immediately pulled away, but he stopped himself to be more careful just in time. The younger male lightly stirred but only snuggled more into Changbin as a content sigh left his lips that made the older blush. A part of him wanted to stay like this forever but he ignored it, instead he softly disentangled himself from felix and made his way to the bathroom.
He took a shower tying his best to empty his thoughts about the younger male that was still currently asleep in his bed , a 10 minute shower turned into 30 minutes before he finally came out and changed.
He walked into the living room finding a now awoken felix on the couch, his eyes were still droppy as he mindlessly scrolled through an app on his phone, and his hair remained with the bedhead look only he could be able to pull off.
Felix feeling the others presence looked up catching the olders light stare and smiled a bit "morning". The older smiled back sheepishly at having been caught staring "morning felix" he said as he scratched the back of his neck with a slight awkwardness in the air that seemed to have moved in.
Neither of the boys knew what to do, Felix resumed his mindless scrolling as Changbin coughed and walked to the kitchen calling out loud that he was going to prepare some breakfast.
When Changbin finished he called the younger and they sat across from each other to eat. Felix made sure to compliment the olders cooking as they ate the waffles and scrambled egg . They talked about random topics , the illness of Changbin had almost completely died out and it made the younger happy to see the older in better shape already.
When they finished felix decided to cleanup and as he finished he announced that he had to leave. The older nodded a bit dissapointed but he made sure not to show it. "Okay lix take care" the younger nodded and hesitantly added "can we meet tonight at our usual?". Changbin thought for a second and nodded "ofc , I'll see you at 10".
Felix smiled back and quickly embraced the shorter male in a hug before letting go "see you then~" . Changbin nodded once again as he smiled and then watched felix Leave before he went back the couch and sat.
His mind could only think about how warm Felix made him feel. It was a warmth that felt so calming and he loved it more than he knew he should.
I shouldn't feel this way , why do you make me feel this way felix?
