"Jack the reaper, strikes again"Lau reads off the newspaper

" what!"ciel asks as i pour in his tea.

"there was also 10 dead bodies but there was no wounds or marks."Lau reads off.i close my eyes, damn s/n.

"my lady, is there something wrong?" Sebastian asks as i roll my eyes

"don't call me that"i mumbled, ciel looks at me.his eyes on the patch on my cheek and neck.since sebastian was the one who dressed him, ciel didn't see it.sebastian questioned it too, but i choose to ignore

" what happened to your cheek...and neck?"he says pointing at my cheek.i gave a soft smile

"nothing young lord.just ran into an wild animal"i say, feeling sebastian eyeing me.i turn my head towards him and gave him a blank stare

"i guess viscount wasn't our man" madam red says.i excused myself and walked out of the room.as i walked down the hall i felt someone behind me."yes Sebastian"i ask turning around.

" my lady, what really happened?it worries me-"he asks.i cross my arms and scoffed 

"i went for a walk"i say suddenly i was pinned to the wall.

"then who was that lady last night"he whispers in my ear.

"no one important.now give me space"i say in annoyance.

" no one important?it seems like you both have a deep hatred for each other"he says.his face was really close to my face.

"instead of stalking other servants why don't you let me make something sweet for the young lord"i say as i pushed him away from me.i walked away but he followed along

" would you like to explain to me who caused the other 10 dead bodies?"he asks as my eye twitches.

"i don't need to explain to you"i say as i walked to the kitchen

i sat next to Sebastian in ciel's studies while we pretended to look through the papers for the case.my eyes scanning over the paper repeatly as madam red played chess with ciel.they were both comparing life and chess.

eventually madam red lost, i followed behind her as she lade her way to the front door.i grab madam's coat and handed to her."i got it dear, thank you"she says with a smile as she puts on her coat.

i smiled and bowed "y/n"i tilt my head up towards her"promise me that you won't leave Ciel's side, the world is dangerous and i don't want him to be a bad person when he grows.he is already taking a big responsiblity for a child, pleas try to help him enojy being a child while he is one"she says with a troubled face

 i smiled "that is the only reason i am here.and i promise with my life to never leave ciel's side.i myself is surprised to see how ciel is all mature at his age, surely he still has a child side to it"i say, she smiles, but still her troubled face still laced inside her expression.she took a step towards me, hugging me

 "thank you dear"she says before letting go.she waves before going in her carriage , i watched her go to her carriage.steping inside, the door closed and she left.

"i still can't believe you are the criminal we are looking for, damn grell, leaving me out on the fun"i sigh before closing the door.

"well?"ciel asks.he pushed his covers down to sit up as i entered inside.sebastian hands ciel the papers we were looking through.

"no matter how many time we go through them, the results remain the same"i say watching ciel reading the papers.
