Stephen Amell and soon-to-be ex-wife Cassandra Jean married December 25th, 2012, just a few short months after the beginning of the Arrowverse. It hasn't been publicly announced on whether or not the two had prenups or not, but its speculation that they did.
Recently, Amell was hacked by an unknown hacker and it was revealed he didn't want to pay a dime in the divorce. What wasn't publicized was Amell was willing to pay had Jean's baby been his.
The tabloids attempted to ruin Amell and his new girlfriend/co-star Melissa Benoist's reputations through the hack and have failed miserably.
Amell posted dozens of photos of his emails to Jean's lawyers as well as photos of he and Benoist. Amell tweeted:

The Vancouver Police have stated they have the IP for the hacker and are working on catching them, no more news at the moment.
