Ryan takes charge when we get to the end of the stairs, he leads me into the kitchen and sits me down on a adult high stool chair in front of a island, the dishes are already put out, what a nice guy, he's already making eggs as I look up to him, he says, "What do you want on your eggs?" I smile, and say, "Surprise me." I can see him smile, he says, "Don't look close your eyes, I'll tell you when to open them, and no mind peaking!" I close my eyes, I can smell the deliciousness, I try to invade his mind to see, he notices, he cheerfully laughs and says, "Haha, no peaking! I saw that! I swear I'm almost done.................Okay, you can open your eyes now!" I open my eyes to see the eggs, oh my gosh! all of my favorite toppings! and even a Lily and a Rose in the middle of the omelet, that's cute, I get up and I go over to Ryan, he deserves something for all of this, I give him a kiss on the cheek, then we hear someone yelling, "Who's that making eggs? I'm starving!" then Alex and Derrick appear in the room, they see Ryan and I close to each other... Alex has a shocked look on his face, I can tell he's not happy, Ryan can too. Alex starts speaking, "What is going on here? I thought.... No......" He just walks away, I run after him, I can hear Ryan echoing through my thoughts, "What did he do? What did you do?" I tell him as I'm running after Alex, "I'll tell you later. I promise, but is it okay to tell him what happened with us first?" I can see Ryan nodding his head, he has a worried emotion, I now know to be careful.
Alex stops at the sunroom, he just stands in the sunlight, I feel bad for him, I shouldn't have done what I did, but it was for true love, I speak up, "Alex?" He's going to cry I can feel it. he says "What?" I come over to him and give him a side hug, "Alex, I'm sorry for what I did to you, I'm sorry I left you, it looks like I'm a player, but I'm not, I need to tell you this, and I didn't know about it until twenty minutes ago, I feel the same way as you are, completely." He has tears streaming down his face, I wipe one off, and I say, "I'm really not supposed to tell anybody this, for my safety I can't tell anybody, but Ryan and I agreed to let you know, We are bonded, (I show him my markings, just a little bit, I feel Ryan's wolf getting angry, "Ryan, not now." I feel his wolf calming down.) It's a Cantis Lupus thing, we're supposed to do the blood rites sometime in the near future, it's like marriage just they're way, they only get one, and I really love Ryan, we connect to each other like we are one soul, one body, one heart, and one mind, I'm really sorry Alex, can you forgive me?" He nods, and says, "I can't forgive Ryan though, and there's something I need to tell you, Ryan can hear it too, right?" I nod and he speaks again, "I don't know how to put this into words but I'm a healer, and Cantis Lupus also. I know everything after you showed me your markings, I just thought they would be mine.... but they're not." I hug him tighter, "Alex, he's an Alpha, are you a Beta?" he nods, I continue, "Do you still love me?" He shakes his head, I continue on, "Did you meet anybody?" he shakes his head, he says, "I for sure thought you were the one, but I guess I was wrong. I'm sorry Aria" I stop him, I put my finger on his lips, "You should be sorry to me and Ryan, his wolf is growling like crazy, and I think we should just remain friends." he nods and pulls away from me and put his hand out, and says, "Shake on it?" I shake his hand, and I say, "To friends it is! let's go eat breakfast, I bet Ryan has made you something, and when he gives you your plate, tell him sorry, okay?" he nods I link my arm around his and we start walking to the kitchen, I let go and let him in first, then me.
Ryan has a cold expressionless face, his arms are crossed, he has a plate behind him ready, it's piping hot, I sit down where I once was, Ryan speaks up, "So, Derrick and I were talking." Derrick is shaking in his seat, what did Ryan do to him? Ryan says, "Nothing we just had a chat, we talked about Alex, turns out Derrick is otherwise different then all of us.... I knew I smelled sanguisugae blood, I just didn't know who." I put my hand up, and say, "hold up!, what's a sanguisugae?" Ryan says, "Vampire." My jaw drops, that's why he's a competitive gamer, he can stay up all night if he wanted to, he can move quickly, and he is sneaky. I shake my head, Ryan follows and says, "No, what you see in the movies, is some what not real, I mean we Cantis Lupus can change into wolves, but we can't be half man and half wolf, phisically, (His wolf growls, He says to it.) "I don't know how to explain it smoothly without it being all in latin, so I dumbed it down so quit it.") So Alex take a seat, away from Ariana." He does so, he obeys, Ryan reaches back, and puts Alex's plate in front of him, Ryan's just standing there waiting, I lean over and poke Alex, and point at Ryan. Then Alex gets the memo, he swallows and then speaks, "Ryan, Ariana, I am sorry fro what I have done, I apololigize for touching your mate, and even looking at her markings, I am truly and deeply sorry to and for both of you." Ryan nods and he speaks, "Well done Alex, you proved yourself worthy, I want to ask you to become one of my Betas in my pack, the pack of Santa Barbara." Alex nods and puts his hand out and Ryan grabs Alex's hand and shakes, Ryan laughs and says, "Welcome to my pack." he pulls him in for a hug, they hug, and all this drama, feels gone, it's just faded away, lifted, I feel happy, Ryan notices and tells me, "Whenever you're happy I'm happy Lily." Then Ryan grabs my plate before I even take a bite, he says, "It's too cold, let me heat it up for you Lily." Then he takes the rose out and hands it to me then he sets it in the oven platter warmer thingy, I pick up the rose and the lily and I bring it to my nose, it smells wonderful, after 2 minutes he takes my plate out, and gives it back to me, he says, "Hot and ready! and don't touch the plate it's very hot." I take a bite, I smile, This is wonderful! I am just flabbergasted, it's so yummy, I eat some more, and eventually it's gone, Alex and Derrick have finished before me a couple of seconds ago, we were chowing down like hogs, I wish this was made for me everyday, but with a twist every time, Ryan smiles at my remarks and tells me in thoughts, "Consider it done, what ever pleases my mate I shall do for her."
