Ariana's POV:
We walk into the house hand and hand, I see Jake looking up, dropping the boxes he was carring towards the moving truck, he just looks at me, he smiles, He says, "You followed your heart didn't you?" I nod, and I smile back, I let go of Ryan and I hug Jake, he hugs me back, I whisper to Jake, "Thanks Jake for being there when I needed you to be and you're a great big brother." I smile at him, he's so tall, he grabs my shoulders and he says, "What are brothers and sisters for? You're welcome Ari, talk to me anytime." I smile even wider, he smiles back, I hug him again, he hugs me back and lets go, I say, "Um, I've decided to move still........ and it's to the coast..... in Florida...." Ryan looks at me puzzled, and I say, "I found a house that I really liked, and i really want to go the the university of florida... I need my degree, I want to be something other than a housewife and a mother, it's my dream, and I plan to live it." Ryan shakes his head and says, "Lily.... we need to stay here until the rites are done, and then we can do what ever, the summer's not over yet, just give me the rest of the summer, and then we'll make a decision, there's great colleges here too, and houses near the coast." I shake my head, and i say, "Tomorrow, we're going to get married and rited, right?" he nods and says, "Tomorrow." I smile then I remember something...... Where's the two scrawny boys that were here a while ago.....
Jack's POV:
I followed Ryan and Ariana into the woods, after a while it seems like they're laughing, they're laying on each other, exchanging words of love and passion, then she rolls over on top of him and says some stuff, and they kiss, they're getting up, they're heading back to the house, I see something shiny being thrown into the water, and Ryan gives Ariana something shiny, they hold hands and walk back, I message David, "IjustsawArianaandRyankiss, weneedtoscram, andtell Wes....." I run as fast as I can back into the window of "their" bedroom, I grab a vile labeled, "Do not use until ready.", it looks like it has blood in it, this will be handy over time. I put in my pocket, and I grab Ariana's purse, this smells funny, it doesn't smell like Ryan or Wes or any of our pack or Ryan's pack.... Who did she get this from? I reach my hand inside, I find the weird substance and I rip it out, it looks like sage, and jasmine, no and don't jump to conclusions that's she's doing pot, but it looks like the basic ingredients to make like, "wolf cat nip", it attracts any one of us cantis lupus to her, I don't think she put that in there, she can't, I also look in her purse, I find some oxycotion pills and some birth control, I take two of each pill out, in going to give them to a certain somebody who is weak in Ryan's pack, and then I'll give the birth control to Wes, he knows a guy who can make the birth control the opposite, and the guy can put Wes's DNA in it, I should do that for my future wife... When she can't have kids of course, then I'll just have the guy help me a little bit, I'm not evil, I'm just doing what my alpha says, and if I didn't have an alpha I wouldn't be doing this anyways, I'm goign to see if they have some cookies in the pantry then i'm gone, I stuff the stuff I found into my pockets, wait, I log onto Ryan's computer, there's really nothing here but paying bills and some documents, none has the deeds to the house, or the land, damn it, but here's a whole bunch of emails to the bureau and the pastor, there's a lot of charges on his credit card, he's got a lot of money, there's what I'm looking for, he was hiding it behind a really tiny pixel, I open the file, there, the rites, all what we need to say and do, I steal a chump drive, I load all the things that I can until I hear footsteps, I close everything and I close the computer, I take the chump drive and I run out as fast as I can.
I meet David at a nearby gas station, he's eating jerky, at a time like this? I need to get back to Cara, She's going to get pissed if I don't call her soon, I say to David, "David, I need to call Cara, I have some stuff, evidence, I don't know, but I need to call her to let her know I won't be home until like 2 in the morning." He says, "Fine", I walk behind the Gas station, I take out my phone and I dial Cara's number.
C: Hello?
J: Hey hun, umm, things are going to be late tonight....
C: Jack, you promised me yesterday that you would come home, where are you?
J: It's just...
C: Just what Jack? Just what? you know what when you get home, you're sleeping on the couch.
J: (I laugh)
C: Why are you laughing?
J: HAHAHA.
C: Seriously, why?
J: You're already acting like a mom.... a wife.....
C: Okay.... I'm lifting the curse of the couch off you, but I'm serious this time, you need to be home today or tomorrow.
J: I promise, I'll be home around 2 a.m.
C: You better be, or I'm done making you those delicous lunches I prepare for you everyday that you love so much.
J: Are you kidding me? If you take that away from me it's like you taking you away from me....
C: (she's laughing) I got you back good didn't I? and do me a favor, open up that special lunch that I made you.
I grab my backpack, I open up the bag,
C: Now take out the sandwich and take a bite.
I take it out, and I bite into it, it tastes so good, but there's a piece that won't break off, I pull out the piece, and it's a little piece of paper, and it says, "I'M PREGNANT!" I aww into the phone,
C: We're going to have beautiful children Jack.
J: I can't believe that we're going to get married next month, and have our children in 3 months.
C: Hun, why did you say 3 months?
J: Interesting fact, Cantis Lupus heal and develop faster than a normal humans.
C: Oh, well that's nice to know... I'll be ripped apart sooner than I thought... I just hope I can take the blow..... Jack, I'm going to explain this to you, it's weird but this is how it goes, the younger you are the more of a risk it is for you to die on the table giving birth, I'm scared.........
J: Don't worry Honey, we'll get through this, I'll make sure you have everything you need and the best doctors out there, remember, we're the youngest soon-to-be rited, everybody wants a piece of us.
C: Okay... as you think so, please come home earlier, I need you, I miss you.
J: Okay, I'll be home at 12 a.m. I love you, I've got to go.
C: Love you too, see you at home.
I hung up the phone and I walked over to David, he asks, "So, what happened?", I shake my head, and I say, "Well, apparently I'm going to be a dad...." he looks at me and says in a sarcastic tone, "Well, there goes your teenagerhood and your life, and you're man hood and fun down the toilet." I laugh, I say, "Wait till you have a wife and kids, at this age, I can't believe I'm 15 and my wife next month will be, then we can get our lives started." he just laughs like, "Dude, I'm older than you, you're pretty much screwed, and the worst part about this is that you've had more experience than me, man, I admire you." I nod and smile, I say, " I admire how you are still a single man." he smiles and says, "It's a burden to still be single and a cantis lupus right now, you have a mate, and I don't I forgot how old I was like 16...?" I nod, and I say, "That's so true, well, we need to get going and talk to Wes." I take the flash drive that I took from Ryan's house, I should have never done that, the only responsible thing to do is to break the chump drive and throw it away, I do so, and we transform into wolves and we run, we run fast.
We arrive at Wes's house, he's standing on the front porch, he looks at me, his arms crossed and folded, and he says, "So I heard you're going to be a father soon?" I nod and I say, "Um... I gathered some evidence....." I hand him the Wolf nip, and the oxycotin and the birth control, the chump stick is in the dumpster at the gas stop. I say again, "Here, Wes, I'm being responsible here, and I have to say this to you because you deserve it, Ariana..... has decided to go with Ryan." I can see Wes calm down and he heads inside the house, he starts getting pissed as I close the door, he says, "THEY DON'T HAVE THE SAME MARKINGS HOW CAN THEY STILL LOVE EACH OTHER, WTF!, THAT LOW LIFE TAKING MY MATE AWAY FROM ME? HE'S A WIMP. A COWARD, A NERD, A WEAKLING! JACK! GET ME PACKED FOR TONIGHT WE'RE GOING TO TEACH RYAN A LITTLE LESSON."
