Outlined by a pale blue hue,
A pointed gray peak stands tall
Within the midst of plummeting crystal-like flakes.Accompanied by its similar brethren,
The looming peak bears with its temporary, cold coating of fresh snow.
Like a thin sheet, a blank canvas conceals the worn stone's true appearance,
Almost as if it were a cunning mask. The tallest peak remains steadfast,
Thriving throughout the bitter winter
Despite the harsh elements beating against its sturdy frame.Winter's cold fingertips cannot cripple a rock so strong,
No matter how much it yearns for such a terrible fate.
Our brave peak will not sway,
And will remain triumphant the next day.
