*ZARAH* "take it easy Doctor, I'm here to know my sister's condition that's all"

*Dr. BELLO* " okay, your sister is suffering from Arteriosclerosis and you need to take good care of her"

*ZARAH* "Oh My Goodness, Doctor please what is the meaning of Arteriosclerosis? I want to know the meaning because i want to be a Doctor"

*Dr. BELLO* "Are you stupid?
do you think I'm the kind of Doctors who listen to unnecessary questions, mind you don't ever try to repeat such mistake here."

*ZARAH* "but Doctor why?"

*Dr.BELLO* "You are asking me why?
look, are you here to accuse me or what?"

*ZARAH* "Is not the matter of accusation or insult, I'm just here to learn"

*Dr.BELLO* " shut up your mouth, is this place a school?  Oya leave my office I don't wanna see your Yahoo face again"

*ZARAH* "What terrible thing have I done to deserve those horrible words? "

*Dr.BELLO* " get out before the Magic count of ten 1.....3....6...8"

*Dr.MARYAM* she suddenly came into the office and met them both exchanging words "what is happening over here *Dr. Bello*? here is an hospital not commercial center you have to leave everything aside as long as you are in the hospital and face your work"

*Dr.BELLO* "who the hell are you talking to me with out manners, I wonder how you entered my office with out my notice"

*Dr.MARYAM* she smiled and brought one of her ID cards to obviously show him her real identity.

*Consultant MARYAM MUKTHAR ALEEY*
*Federal Medical Center*

   He looked at her with anxiety and said "You are highly welcome to *Dr.BELLE PRIVATE HOSPITAL*  have a seat Maa"

*Dr MARYAM* Smiled and said no just maintain your seat I will seat here" she pointed at a seat adjacent to his Patient's Seat.
     

     She sat down for about 10 minutes monitoring the office after that, throw a gentle smile to both *ZARAH and the PATIENT* she pointed *ZARAH* and said "young girl can you kindly tell me what is happening between you and Doctor that leads you misunderstood each other"

*ZARAH* "why not Maa,  "this is my elder sister she came here for diagnosis, so I asked him about her health condition and he told me that she's suffering from Arteriosclerosis so I decided to asked him more about the disease because I want to be a Medical Doctor in future then he started shouting at me and finally chased me away from his office"

*Dr BELLO* quickly interrupted her by saying she's telling lies Maa that was not exactly what had happened she just formulate everything thinking that you will listen to her rubbish and take serious action against me and my personnel's and the entire hospital as a whole"

*Dr MARYAM* "whether she's telling me the truth or not you are not suppose to treat her the way you did in fact you are  suppose to treat your patient and their relatives with kindness and respect or even advice them in that may perhaps ease their condition."

*Dr.BELLO* "Noted Maa"

*Dr.MARYAM* "That's good My gentle Doctor so now can you please tell us the meaning of Arteriosclerosis and it's signs and symptoms"

*Dr.BELLO*  started spreading his eyes around with akwardness and finally  said "Arteriosclerosis is known as acute blood pressure caused by the bite of female anopheles mosquito twice daily, it's signs and symptoms are
1) lack of sleep.

2) persistent fever for
More than 1 month.

3) Frequent diarrhea for over six weeks

4) Rashes in and out the abdomen.

5) throwing out daily etc.

*Dr. MARYAM* "this is an excellent job Doctor."

      She also looked at *ZARAH* with light smile and said "young lady are you satisfied with his little explanation or you need it to be broad"

*ZARAH* "Sincerely speaking Ma'am i am not satisfied with his explanation in fact I need to hear  more from you may be I will understand better"

*Dr. MARYAM* "this could not be a big deal shaa, Arteriosclerosis is the hardening of the artery caused by a building plague and it symptoms are chest pain, leg pain and pain in anywhere that has blocked artery. hope you get me right"

*ZARAH* "Yes Maa!"

*Dr MARYAM* "good, Dr Bello I hope you didn't prescribed her any medicine?"

*Dr. BELLO* "Yes Maa but I will quickly prescribe some now"

*Dr. MARYAM* "Okay, what type of drugs will you prescribe her"

*Dr.BELLO* " Vitamin C, Gentamicin, Oral rehydration salt and iodine solution"

*Dr MARYAM* "which institution did you attend?"

*Dr BELLO* "I attended *ABU Sokoto,* and did my internship at *BUK Zamfara*"

*Dr. MARYAM* " okay don't waste your time giving her any  medication because your license are to be collected right now and you are no longer a Doctor, so ever that relates you to that profession"

*Dr.BELLO* "what? this  rubbish will never happen in my life if you are dreaming or you are in imaginary land  better wake up because you are talking about the impossibility, and why is it that my license are to be collected for what reason? In fact if am not a Doctor who am i?"
