“What's up babe, why are you frowning?” Ten asked as he sat down next to Taeyong, draping an arm around him.

“Huh? Oh, just thinking about something.” Taeyong replied giving him a smile as he rested his chin on his hand.

They were sitting in the sleek silver bar S34, the sun now close to setting on their last day in the Mediterranean.

Ten pushed a drink towards him and Taeyong took a long swig of it.

“So what are you thinking so hard about?” Ten asked while he lightly ran his fingers along Taeyong's shoulder.

“I'm just confused about something, well about Johnny to be exact.” He replied, relaxing back into seat and looking at Ten.

Ten tilted his head slightly. “Johnny? He doesn't seem to be that much of a confusing person.”

“Well, it was just some things I noticed when we were in Dubrovnik today.” Taeyong replied. “Mark was getting checked out by some girls and then Johnny seemed to scare them off when he saw them. He seemed jealous but that's where I'm confused.” He explained.

“So Johnny was jealous that it wasn't him the girls were looking at?” Ten questioned.

“Well, that's what I assumed at first.” He agreed.

“But?” Ten asked, knowing there was more to this.

“But he actually seemed annoyed by the girls and he was happier once they'd disappeared. Also, when we were further along the walls I spotted them again. Johnny did too and it was almost as if he was trying to divert Mark's attention so he wouldn't notice them.” Taeyong responded. His brows furrowed together as he recounted their day.

“How did he do that?” Ten asked, looking intrigued by his story.

Taeyong took another sip of his drink before answering. “He made Mark give him a piggyback ride.” he said, smiling over his glass at Ten.

“Really?” Ten chuckled, scrunching his nose cutely as he smiled.

Taeyong nodded and laughed. “Yeah, and Johnny’s quite a bit taller than Mark so it was funny to watch them. He did it though, albeit with the tiniest amount of struggle.”

Ten laughed and then frowned himself. “So wait, you think he was jealous because the girls were looking at Mark?”

Taeyong nodded.

“Oooh, so maybe Johnny likes Mark?” Ten questioned with excitement.

“Well, I don't know. I mean, they've been friends forever.” He responded, doubting himself. He just didn't honestly know what to think.

“Didn't I say before that something could be going on between them?” Ten said with a wide grin.

He seemed genuinely excited about the idea of Johnny having a crush on Mark. But Taeyong shook his head.

“Yeah but they're best friends. That would be like Jaehyun having a crush on me. It just wouldn't happen.” He responded.

“But it's not like the possibility of them being together is a bad thing, right?” Ten countered, with a confident look on his face.

“No of course not. It's just - ugh, I don't know!” Taeyong gave up trying to figure out what was possibly going on and sighed at Ten.

“You're cute when you're confused.” Ten chuckled and pinched his cheek.

Taeyong blushed. “You say that with every emotion I show.” He replied sheepishly.

“That's because you're always cute. You're irresistible.” Ten answered.

Taeyong tried not to smile at his compliments but Ten noticed and kissed his cheek. Then one of his hands slipped down to stroke Taeyong's thigh.

“It's a pity we ran out of chocolate syrup last night.” Ten whispered in his ear as he took another sip of his drink, causing him to almost spit it all out. “We could have gone for round two.”

Taeyong swallowed and shot a look at Ten who smiled amusedly back at him.

“Well, either way I'm going to make sure you enjoy your last night on this cruise ship with me.” Ten said with a wink.
