“Hey umm P’Kim could we talk?” I looked up then stare at him. Why is this kid so serious? This is so unlike him. Is everything alright?

“Sure.”

He then nodded and signal me to follow him somewhere more private. Something is definitely not alright since he only acts like this either he's really sick or angry.

We went out the balcony and was greeted by the cold wind of the night. I shivered a little since I'm only wearing a shirt and he was wearing a thin jacket over his.

He stopped then lean on the bars looking at the stars before he heaved a heavy sigh then looked at me straight in the eyes.

I went back inside and the party was still going on. But I decided to call it a night and grab hold of my car keys before someone sees me and stop me from going home so early.

“Are you leaving already?” Someone talk behind me and I unknowingly clench my fist when I remembered the reason why I want to just get out of here.

“P’Kim? Are you alright?” I turned around and look at him. His face was full of concern and he slowly reach for my hands but I instantly step back so he can't.

“Yeah I'm fine just….” I can't think of any excuse when his face suddenly change from concern to hurt from what I just did. What the hell am I doing?

“Are you meeting someone?” He whispered then averted his eyes somewhere and I could feel my heart stopped for a second when I heard the sadness in his voice. Before I could respond his tone change and smiled at me. “ Well enjoy your night P! I'll tell Bas that you’re such an old uncle and went home cause you can't keep up with the youngsters.”

He turn me round to face the door then open it and push me outside.

“Hey Cop wait….” I instantly shut up when he spoke then close the door.

I'm currently driving when suddenly my mind flash those memories in my head and kept on repeating the last thing he told me.

The way he said goodbye my mind and heart felt like he was really saying goodbye at that very moment. His eyes were not smiling at all but tears were slowly building up but he don't wanna show it. And the moment he said it reminded me Tee’s question, why did it felt like both were connected?

Well he was really saying goodbye.

It's been 3 years since the last time I saw him. It was Bas’ 19th birthday and everyone attended it. It was fun but not until Tee called me cause he wanted to discuss something then it happened.

I was planning on talking to him the next day but then I found out that it was also his farewell party before going to Greece and I didn't have any clue about it.

I absentmindedly clench my hands on the steering wheel and felt something warm was placed above it. It was a hand.
