Chapter 15

-the day of the competition-

We all got to school with all our things required for the competition. For some reason, Zack was having a nosebleed while looking at me.

-Zack's POV-

[y/n] would look so hot in a two-piece swimsuit. I soon came back into reality when Erza punched my shoulder. [Y/n] was staring at me with a look that said 'are you ok?' I looked away in embarrassment. We soon made it to the changing rooms. For the thousandth time today, Natsu and Gray were fighting. Me and Ian just laughed at their stupid insults. We came out of the changing and I was disappointed to see [y/n] in a one-piece swimsuit. And Natsu and Gray were fighting about who would get their crush first. Apparently Gray liked this girl called 'Rani'. (You can change it if it's your real name) Erza went over to them and bumped their heads together.

"Stop arguing!" Exclaimed Erza.

"Haiii!" Screamed the boys in horror. (hai= ok) We walked towards the swimming pool and saw one girl Gray was eyeing. I'm assuming that's Rani. She had midnight black hair with chocolate brown eyes. He was drooling at the sight of her. 'SHIP SHIP SHIP SHIP SHIP' geez since when did I ship so hard?

"Get ready everyone!" Anounced one of the teachers. They explained the boring rules and demonstrated as well. Gray was still eyeing Rani. She looked irritated because this one popular guy called 'Sting' was trying to hit on her. She kept ignoring him untill he gave up. "You should go for it," I whispered to Gray. He immediately blushed after those words came out of my mouth.

"Let the competition begin!" The teacher exclaimed enthusiastically.

Up first was Erza. She did the same tactic she did last time so I guess magic is allowed...? I admit I wasn't paying attention,neither was Gray. Erza beat the guys easily because they all fainted from a nosebleed. Next was Ian. He turned into a fish (again) and out swam the others.

Oh dear, Gray was up against his crush. He wanted to win against her and yet also wanted to give her the win. "Make up your mind!"Rachel shouted.

"I'll just try..." Gray sighed. They jumped into the water and Rani knocked Gray out cold with some breath attack that I think I've seen Natsu use something similar before. But it was blue not red. I'm guessing it's ice?? Gray just fell to bottom of the pool. The life gaurd got his ass out of the water and did CPR on him. He woke up and stated, "I had a dream where Rani kissed me."

We just looked at him with a weird look. Nevertheless, rani won that round. It was my turn. I was against this juvia girl and I heard she has the same abilities as me. This will be a tough one. As soon as our bodies were engulfed with water we turned one with it. We were racing each other. In the end, it was a tie.

We ended up getting first place. Gray was approaching this girl talking to my cousin, Rouge.

"Can you meet me at the cherry blossom tree next Friday?" Was all I could hear before her soft and faint reply. I assume that he wanted to confess something to her. After Gray had walked back, I ran straight to my black haired cousin. I could already feel Kate's judging eyes on my. I just realized. ROUGE WAS SHIRTLESS! OH FUDGECAKES.

"You can get off me now,"

"sorry," I apologized. We both got up and I decided to talk to the girl. "Hey cousin, could leave us for a bit please?"

"Sure." he said as he left the scene

"What's your name? Also, what was your reply to Gray?? He's a great guy you know." I asked the girl.

"Umm that's too many questions for me to answer at once, but my name is Rani. I responded Gray with a yes. Also, I just met him a few weeks ago and he's pretty chill."

"No shit he's an ice wizard." I responded. We continued talking untill everyone had to go home. Apparently her father was a famous doctor, Daniel Dickens.

HII HOOMANS I HAZ UPDATED!!! And also, the Rani person is me. No my name is not Rani but it's my nickname my friends have me. I don't want y'all knowing my real name so yeah.
