I run back up the steps going to Ethan's room to check on him. I open his door to see him in his bed just looking at the ceiling "Eth?" He looks over at me then back to the ceiling "I don't want you to stress about this" I softly say trying not to get him mad but that's the least of my worries right now "I'm not, I'm just thinking" he says sitting up "I know that he will be okay" he bites his lip "I just hope my mom is okay" he mumbles "She is she actually is worried about you guys" he shrugs shaking his head "I'm fine" I nod "You can always talk to me" he nods licking his lips "I know" I go to walk out "I love you" I say he mumbles it back as I shut the door.

I go to my room shutting the door behind me "Gray" I lift his head up making him look at me "It's okay" I kiss his soft pink lips lightly he kisses back slowly "He will be okay" I say standing between his legs he holds my thighs looking up at me "God will be with you" I rub his cheek he licks his dry lips "I will be with you" I lean in kissing his lips again "I can't lose my dad not now" I nod listening "You won't he is still here he is staying here it's not his time to go" he squeezes my legs looking around with tears in his eyes.

I sigh "Grayson I don't want you to worry" he shakes his head "I'm not I'm just scared, I'm scared of so many thing" I rub my hands through his soft hair "Like what?" His body settles down as I play with his hair "Losing something I don't have" I furrow my eyebrows "Something you don't have?" He looks down playing with my jeans "You" I grab his face his eyes glisten in the light tears form in his eyes "You do have me I'm right here" my lip quivers as I speak to the beautiful hurt boy in front of me "No that's the thing" I sit there dumbfounded.

"You are here cause you have to be" I back away from him "I'm confused" his body drops "I choose to be here I don't have to be here I could just go back to my dads. I thought you wanted me, I thought you wanted me to be here with you" I say hurt tears well up in my eyes "I do want you here but do you want to be here" he seems like he is afraid of what I'm gonna say but it's not bad obviously I want to be here or I wouldn't be here "Yes I want to be here" I say he sits up more grabbing me dragging me towards him.

My body is between his legs again "Don't leave me" he bites his bottom lip "Just don't please" he begs "I won't" I say he looks up at me "Alia" I hum looking down at him he sighs "I love you" my body goes stiff and my stomach erupts with butterflies as my cheeks go red "I love you so fucking much" a single tear rolls down my cheek he grabs my face connecting our lips this kiss was different it was filled with love, patience, eagerness, and passion he slowly pulls away rubbing my cheek "I love you too" his face lights up "If that's what you are afraid of then don't be" I grab his hands "If you are afraid of loving me don't be, don't be afraid cause I'm not" I smile down at him "Don't be afraid of what you're heart is telling you".
