We take our rings from the usher and place it on each other's left ring finger. Her fingers felt so cold as if she had been trembling in nervousness; so, I intertwine mine to hers as we face the minister.
The minister smiles before declaring, "By the power vested in me, I pronounce you, Wang He Di and Shen Yue as wife and husband. You may now kiss your bride."
We both take a deep breath. Eyes locked on each other while the crowd stands up, clapping their hands and cheering. I could hear my friends Xixi, Xize and Kido shout in unison, "Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! Do it!"
I give them a quick glance and a smirk. You don't have to tell me, idiots. I've been waiting for this my whole life.
I grab her by the waist, pull her closer to me and just like how Dao Ming Si gave Shan Cai that last kiss on their wedding, I threw the boquet of flowers she was holding and bent down to give her a kiss.
