Before I start the Chapter I just wanted to let you all know why I have not update in months. First of all my Laptop has a virus so I am updating from my phone. The other reason is because I started a new job and my three year old has started school. Between the holidays and projects and meetings I have been so busy. I am very sorry, but I am going to try and update at least once a week. Deadliest of Sins has about fifteen more Chapters and they are going to go fast. Please check out my other story which I will be updating every week as well. Thank you guys for your support. Without further a do, lets get back to Noah and Annalissa.

Chapter 17: It's My Life
Annalissa POV
In movies and books they always describe true love's kiss as something magical. Fireworks going off behind the main characters butterflies dancing around in the protagonist stomach as she tells the reader about her strong love for the man in front of her. Well I think that is bullshit. When Noah and I kissed it was not sweet, it was hungry. Like I was walking through a desert and his lips were the cold glass of water that quenched my excuritating thirst.
His mouth moved from my jaw down my neck, sucking and teasing the sensitive skin. My underwear by this point was soaked and as much as I wanted him to take me into my house and screw me till the early morning. I knew this need to stop. With the little bit of self- restraint and pride I had left, I pushed at Noah's chest making him stumble back into the screen door that led out of the porch.
Both of us stood in front of one another panting, trying desperately to pull ourselves together. "Why the hell did you do that?" my voice came out low and composed everything I was not at the moment.
"What?" Noah said confused.
"Why the hell would you think its okay to come to my house, after not seeing you for two years, and kiss me like nothing happened." I snapped. Not in the mood to hear his pathetic excused, I unlocked my front door and walked inside. I knew the ass wipe would follow, he never did know when to leave. "I thought you would be happy to see me." Noah stated, crossing his muscular arms. I noticed he had got more ink since the last time I saw him. Before it was just his arms, but now the tribal design traveled all the way up his neck and down to his fingers. "Well obviously you were wrong." I crossed my own arms as I stared at the gorgeous man that was leaning against my door frame.
"No, I know you enjoyed that." He smirked as he slowly made his way towards me. "You can't deny that. I own you, always have, always will." On his way towards me he made a sudden stop. His body became rigid and his breathing became labored. I glanced to where he was looking to see him staring at the picture of Athena, Ethan, and I at the diner celebrating Athena's second birthday. We all had bright smiles on our faces, and Ethan was looking at me while he held Athena who was smiling at both of us. We looked like a happy little family. "Who the fuck is that?" Noah's tone was cold and clipped, as he grabbed the picture frame off the counter.
"I asked you who the fuck that pretty boy is in the picture, with MY daughter." Noah pushed, but I was not going to answer him. I didn't owe him anything. He left me and Athena. I was not going to sit back and wait for him, in a town where my child and I were in danger.
A loud crash rang out in the room and glass littered the floor. Noah's seething face was staring at the ground pure rage. "Get the hell out of my house." I could feel my face begin to warm in anger and my fist clench. "Get the fuck out of my house Noah!" I exclaimed as I pushed him towards the door. My outburst seemed to knock him out of hi daze, and just as he was going to say something Ethan emerged from outside.
I had thought Noah would kill him, but instead he stood incredibly still and did not utter a word. "What is going on here?" Ethan questioned as he saw my crimson cheeks. "Are you okay?" I made eye contact with him and tried to convey the message that I need some alone time still. Ethan gave me a nod and walked right back out of my house. For the next two minutes it was silent. As if we both knew that if we didn't calm down, there would be chaos. "Do you love him?" Noah's eyes were glued to the wall, his voice was low and filled with what I could only point as pain.
"Maybe" I said. I didn't exactly know how I felt about Ethan, did I love him? Yes. Was I in love with him? No. What I felt for Ethan was safe. Ethan was the man every woman dreamt of, but only few find. I wanted him, but my heart was given to Noah the moment I met him all those years ago. "Do you love me? " Noah glanced towards me, looking so deep into my eyes that he could probably see my soul.
"I don't know." I answered honestly. Hoping to God that he would believe the little white lie
