Percy's P.O.V.
I didn't really want to go back to the castle and Annabeth seemed really interesting.
"Do...you want to...walk with me for a while? "I asked nervously.
"Why not, " she replied.
We went on our walk to the beach and I really got to get to know her. She is so interesting, funny, and beautiful.
Especially with her golden blond hair cascading down her back, her startling grey eyes, and her smile.
Unlike all the girls in my kingdom who giggles and gossip all the time.
Leo calls it flirting but I disagree.
Actually, I've never seen someone flirt but Frank is always calling Leo a horrible flirt. Or maybe because this is why Jason and Nico call me oblivious.
But Annabeth is so...REAL.
Somehow I feel attracted to her and I've only talked to her for two hours or so.
We kept chatting until the sun went down.
"Hey, it was nice meeting you, "I said to her.
"And I you, "she said back.
"We should meet somewhere again tomorrow, " I said to her.
"Yeah totally! We should meet at the beach. At the spot we were today, " she told me.
"Yeah. What time? "I asked her.
"I don't know. I basically have all day, "she said.
"Me too. How about at dawn, " I asked her.
"Sure, "she replied.
"Bye Percy, "she told me.
"Bye Annabeth, "I told her.
She started walking off and so did I.
But not without a turning around to look at her again.
