Panic filled me and I was completely frozen. 'No' I thought. 'I am strong, I am the princess of Athens''I won't stand around and be saved like a damsel in distress by a prince' I elbowed the kidnapper in the stomach and judo-flipped him to the ground.
"OWWWW!!!, "the person cried out in pain. I froze. I would realize that voice anywhere.
"LUKE! " I screamed.
"What were you doing?! " I asked and helped him up.
"Well... I was visiting you and I saw you coming back to the stables after your horse ride so I thought I might as well surprise you and here we are, "he said brushing the dust off from him.
"Well...I thought you were a kidnapper, "I defended.
"Do you really think this face could ever hide under a mask and kidnap a beautiful princess like you, "he said as he gestured to his face.
I laughed and said"Just don't do that again. Okay? "
"Okay, "he said with a smile.
I stood up on my tip toes since he stands at the height of 6'1 while I am 5'9 and kissed him and he kissed back immediately.
