Dear whoever,

Nothing to say today apart from I confessed to Shannon.

I broke down and told her everything from the drugs, to cutting, to depression. She just patted my back and nodded.

I'm glad she understood.

They keep calling me "mentally unstable" now. They say that from my last letter.

I don't understand.

I wish they understood just like Shannon.

They also stopped my pills and now they inject me with something. I don't know what it is as whenever I ask they just exhale and mumble to the person next to them.

They call me "mentally unstable".

I just wish they would be more open with me and that they would tell me what the fuck they are putting into MY body.

I know that they defiantly read all my letters now because they left the opened letter on my table.

Again. Go fuck yourself. I'm not crazy I promise.
