Dear friend,

I saw another person today. Her name is Natalia and she suffers with anorexia.

Today's support group was really unexpected. I spoke, Ashton spoke and Natalia spoke. Gary was shocked about what she had to say.

Ashton smiled at me from across the room after I told the group how I am suffering.

I also found out that Ashton was on heroin and he is suffering with severe depression. That's his reason, he also knows mine.

Natalia seems very open with everything and appears to have an "I don't care" attitude towards everything. I think that we might get along, if I ever get the confidence to talk to her.

Just lately it's getting harder to keep up this act of trying to be happy all the time. I keep having the nightmares again.

I know that when the nurses read this they will, again, up the medication. On Sunday I have to go and visit doctor Walsh for the one-to-one therapy.

I don't know why I'm telling you this, you probably already know.

I guess it just feel nice to let go once in a while. To express to someone.
