Epilogue

"Hey!"

Both teens heard the angry shout and turned towards its source. Midoriya watched with suspicion in his eyes as the figure approached them.

"Kacchan is there something wrong?"

Bakugou was gaining ground fast and soon stood a few feet away. "Hell yeah!" he replied to Midoriya before angrily glaring at Todoroki who had been speaking to the green haired teen about the latest homework assignment and some new potential fighting moves before Bakugou rudely interrupted them. "What are you doing cozying up to Deku, you half'n'half bastard?"

Heads turned their way, they weren't alone in the common room and their classmates got curious after Bakugou's loud remarks.

Todoroki could see it coming from a mile away; it was just a matter of time before the firecracker blew a fuse. He took a deep sigh to answer but Midoriya beat him to that.

"Kacchan, are you jealous?" he asked incredulously.

"No." Bakugou didn't even look at him as he answered; instead, he moved towards Todoroki and barred his teeth at the ice and fire user. "Mine."

Midoriya still couldn't wrap his mind around the idea that Bakugou was jealous and now the shock of possessiveness in spiky blonde's voice smacked him hard right up his head.

Todoroki spared them one of his impassive glances and turned to leave. "Later."

"Kacchan, what the hell is wrong with you?"

Bakugou finally turned his eyes on him. "Nothing, that icy-hot bastard shouldn't try to take you from me."

Midoriya's eyes almost bulged out of their sockets. "Try to take me from you!?"

Laughter could be heard, but Bakugou and Midoriya ignored it, the two of them having a staring contest.

Todoroki might have wandered off, but he still could hear them. He decided that Bakugou's ire, no matter how amusing it seemed, wasn't worth the effort.

"Bakugou, you don't have to worry, I don't even like men," he threw over his shoulder before disappearing behind the corner.

Midoriya frowned. "You see. Stop that intolerable attitude."

Bakugou frowned right back at him. "But he spends so much time with you ever since..." he paused thinking what would be the right description since they were in public and per agreement wouldn't bring up their arrangement. "Ever since," the ash blonde lamely finished before sweeping a glance over the curious onlookers.

"Before we started dating, you mean?" Midoriya offered unhelpfully, his face showing his displeasure.

"Don't be so loud."

Midoriya snorted. "Too late for that. You've already announced it to everyone loud and clear."

Bakugou's frown took a confused quality. "What?" he asked, expecting a clear answer.

A facepalm wasn't enough to depict what Midoriya felt at this moment, so it was accompanied with a longsuffering sigh.

"Do 'mine' and 'Todoroki taking me away from you' ring any bells?" Midoriya hissed at the blond teen, unconcerned with the reaction it might result in, whether Bakugou's or their classmates' who were listening in with expressions of pure curiosity.

"Oh."

The incredulity came back with renewed force and Midoriya blinked. "Did you just 'Oh' me?"

"What do you expect me to say?" Bakugou bristled with annoyance; he wouldn't apologize for something so stupid. "I forgot about extras." He shrugged and turned to leave.

Midoriya's eyes narrowed to slits as he watched the familiar figure walking away. Then an idea flashed in his mind making him smirk. To the vast amusement of everyone listening in, Midoriya started speaking very loudly, "By the way, Todoroki hasn't been spending that much time with me. To be honest, we used to hang out even before you and I started dating, Kacchan. The only difference is that you notice it now, so don't be jealous Kacchan."

Bakugou missed the first step of the stairway almost planting his teeth all over the carpet on it.

"What the hell?"

His loud exclamation was followed by unrestrained giggles from the green haired teen. When he finally got himself together, Midoriya dropped another bombshell.

"You know what Kacchan, let's go on a date."

Bakugou just didn't know what hit him.
