We start fresh with a new year. A year since all of the matters that had come before. Everyone had moved out of the tower and to the avengers compound. Charlotte and Peter still lived in their same house, Bucky and Danielle finally found an apartment to live in the City. Mia was now living in wakanda trying to prepare for the wedding that was going to take forever since it's a big event for the people of wakanda. But this also meant that everyone hadn't seen her in a year and a half. Steve and Juliet became closer friends and nothing more, and she learned about everyone's powers and was surprisingly calm about it. Sam remained lonely and lived at the compound and Chris had moved back to Pennsylvania to resume his job as a teacher. But everyone still hung out at the compound like they did in the tower. It was now December and it was a normal day at the compound. Charlotte and Peter had been gone for a week, spending time decoration their own home and taking Christmas pictures with Noelle. This meant that tony would be extra exited to see his granddaughter.
"Man Christmas decorating is such a pain, why do we even do it when we are just going to take it down in a few weeks?" Sam asked dragging a box into the main room.
"Maybe if you would Shut you cake hole we would be done!" Bucky said putting down two boxes.
"Daddy are we putting- up t-the big twee?" Lillian asked following behind him.
"Yes we are. Are you gonna help us decorate it?" Bucky smiled bending down to her.
"Yeah!" She cheered and clapped her hands.
"Ok, why don't you get mommy and tell her to get her ass moving." Bucky said.
"Ok da-dy." She smiled and ran off.
"Daddy says to get your ass moving." She said running over to Danielle who was on the couch.
"Bucky!" Danielle squealed.
"What I didn't know she would repeat every word I said. It slipped!" He yelled. Lillian just laughed.
"James Buchanan Barnes you wanna tell me where she could have possibly have heard that word?" She asked storming over to him.
"Shut happens..." he said and then quickly covered his mouth.
"Bucky!" She said hitting his arm
"Damn it...I mean...shit....Jesus I can't stop!" He yelled and looked down.
"In the corner now." She pointed.
"For how long?" He asked.
"Typically you stay there for the number of minutes that's your age." Danielle said.
"Get comfy frosty you are going to be there for awhile." Sam called.
"Ok guys looks like we are making good progress. Anything from Charlotte and Peter?" Tony asked.
"Are you not gonna question why me, a grown man, is sitting in the corner? Does no one care?" Bucky asked
"I figured you did something wrong Whats new." Tony said
"Face it old man they ain't coming. They probably forgot you exist." Sam said
"Lose the attitude or you'll be living on the street." Tony pointed.
"Ba humbug!" Sam said shooing him away.
"Tony look at what I found!" Lillian smiled running over to him.
"What angel?" He asked kneeling down. She handed him a picture of Tony and Peter and Noelle.
"Wow I've been looking for this! Thanks angel." He smiled and stood up.
