"Teacher! Teacher! Huhuhuhu!" She was having her class. She was writing on the chalk board ng may tumawag sa kanya na isang batang umiiyak. Lumingon sya. "Brenna? What happened?" Pag-aalala nya. Lumapit sya dito and squatted. "Teacher Devy, Clarence put bubblegum on my uniform." Itinuro nito ang bubblegum na nakadikit sa blouse nya. Ang ibang pupil naman ay tumawa. It catched Devon's attention so she said "Quiet class!" Natahimik ang lahat. Tumingin ulit sya kay Brenna. "It's okay dear, we'll just remove this okay. Wonder Teacher Devy can remove this so tahan na." She said it with a smile and everyone laughed kasama na ang batang kanina'y umiiyak.

She finally removed the bubblegum. "Thank you Teacher Devy, you really are a wonder teacher." The child giggled and hugged her. "I will always be a wonder teacher to you and to everyone of you in the class." She touched Brenna's hair then stood up and faced her pupils. She stood at the center. "Class, hindi maganda na naglalagay tayo ng bubblegum sa kaklase natin." Devon looked at Clarence without being harsh or rude. She just want to let Clarence know that what he did was not right. "You should love each other, take care of each other dahil magkakapatid kayo dito. I hope this will never happen again, right Clarence?" Nagulat naman si Clarence. "Y-yess po. Sorry po teacher. Sorry Brenna. Promise po hindi ko na yun uulitin." Brenna smiled at Clarence. Teacher Devy was happy. "It's alright dear. I believe you and I believe Brenna has forgiven you. Let's just forget it and have fun with our lesson for today."

Everyone enjoyed the activity that Devon had prepared. Her class ended at 4pm and she went home at 5pm.

It's been 2 years since she graduated from college with flying colors. She is now an elementary teacher, her very dream.

Devon and her bestfriend rented a bigger apartment than their previous apartment. Mas malaki na ang naipapadala nya sa pamilya nya, now that she is professional. Napaayos nya din ang bahay nila. Fruit of thy labor, ika nga.

Annnnd It's been a year since she became single. It was a sad break up, he loved the guy so much.

Devon dialled her bestfriend's number. "Hoy, babae? Nasaan ka na? Anong oras na teh? Akala ko ba wala kang overtime ngayon?" Ganyan sila mag-usap ng bestfriend nya, parang tambay sa kanto. "Hoy ka din teh! Andito ako sa bar ng boyfriend ko. Have you forgotten? Monthsary namin ngayon. What kind of a bestfriend are you?" Half of it was true and the other half was a joke. Oh yes! Nakalimutan nya na naman na monthsary nga pala nila. Medyo di marinig ni Devon ang boses ng kaibigan dahil sa ingay ng background. "Haay nako! Sorry na fren, nakalimutan ko sa dami ng ginagawa. Happy monthsary sa inyong dalawa!" She cheerfully uttered it. "Hmmp! Ganyan ka naman talaga eh, puro trabaho! Hindi na nga tayo lumalabas. Anyways, thank you fren...What about... let's hang out on sunday? Fren, please say yes!" She shouted. Mukhang excited na excited ang kaibigan na sabihin nyang oo. "Fren, you know i have a lot of works to do so i can't go. I'm very sorry." Malungkot nyang sagot. Alibi nya lang naman dahil ayaw nya talagang gumala. She just wants to lock up in her room, do lesson plans,read books and sleep and sleep. "I won't accept that. Please, just this one? It's my birthday that day so we have to go out and have fun. Stop being boring fren, pag hindi ka tumigil ikukulong talaga kita sa kwarto mo forever!" Tumawa nalang sya sa sinabi nito. Ang makulit nyang kaibigan ay hindi talaga magpapaawat. "I almost forgot it's your birthday, thanks for remindimg me fren." She said it sarcastically and laughed. Dani replied "How dare you." She laughed even harder. "Just kidding! How can i forget? First time mo kong nilibre nung college was sa birthday mo. Remember the bananacue and coke?" Devon giggled the continued. "Okay. Sige, papayag na ako. Saan ba tayo pupunta?" Tanong nya. "Dito lang naman sa bar." Sagot ng kaibigan.

"No! Na-uh! not in the bar!..fren, pwedeng pumunta ka sa medyo tahimik na lugar? masisira eardrums ko sa lakas ng sounds." Pumunta naman si Dani sa C.R. "Well, yes! Dito tayo pupunta." She confidently said. "Fren, teacher ako. Ang pangit tingnan kung andyan ako sa bar. Paano kapag may makakita sa akin at isumbong ako? Ano na? Bye bye pangarap nalang?" Inaasahan ni Devon na maiintindihan sya ng bestfriend. "Fren, walang immoral na nagaganap dito sa bar. Do you think pipili ako ng boyfriend na ganun mag-isip? Probably, not, no,never ever. I promise, you'll come in clean you'll come out still clean." She then agreed. Bukod sa pamilya, she trusts her bestfriend the most. Her thoughtful and loving bestfriend who was always been there. "Oo na. Sige ibaba ko na to. Mag-ingat ka dyan. Wag iinom ng sobra-sobra ha. Love you." Her bestfriend responded and then the call ended.
