I mixed it a little with a alien lance from a different space in time who came to their time...just read boons.
When he is not in human form, he looks like an alien, like from the movie.

Lance wasn't planning on this.
He just wanted to go on a walk outside! He didn't want to get dragged into some intergalactic war!
Especially when he's on the wrong side of the fight!
I mean, he is part of the alien coalition from a different space time that came to destroy earths part of the galaxy.
He wasn't there to save it.
He was there to destroy it.
But now he is on the wrong side of the fight, and he can't do anything about it! Like, why was he even chosen by the blue lion just to be put on the wrong side of this time in space's war!
But lance just stuck with it until he could find out how to get out of it.

The team was sitting in the kitchen, and Allura came out with small drinks for everyone.
"Drink up! This will help you will you energy levels!"-Allura
The team drank up, and then Allura and Coran smiled at them devilishly.
"What?"-Pidge
"Well, that won't help with what i said. They are actually what you would call truth serums. You cannot lie now. Lets go to the common room for a bit."-Allura
Lance choked on his breathe for a moment, then followed them suit and sat on the couch.
"This is just great."-Lance
"Like you have anything to hide Lance."-Keith
"Shut up, you have no idea who your talking to half breed filth."-Lance
Keith looked at lance confused, and Allura came in.
"Lance, your human too idiot."-Keith
"That's where your wrong half breed."-Lance
"Lance, what are you talking about?"-Allura
The team looked towards them.
"What?"-Shiro
"This half breed called me human. What an oblivious half flesh walker."-Lance
"Half flesh? I'm human."-Keith
"No your not. I can smell it, your part galra. Probably on your mothers side because you haven't grown your marks yet."-Lance
"I'm not galran!"-Keith
"Yeah, and i'm not a flesh eating alien. You are wrong Keith. You might not know it, but i can smell it in your blood. Your a half breed."-Lance
"How can you smell his blood?"-Pidge
"Flesh eating alien?"-Hunk
"I'm not what i seem either. First thing, i'm not really here to help you. I am from another time in space and i came here originally to destroy earths entire galaxy, or what i would say eating everyone on earth with my fellow cadets then planting our eggs on your small planet."-Lance
"He has to be lying!"-Pidge
"He-he can't lie. The truth serum.."-Allura
"Yeah, and if i wanted to i would eat every single one of you, or worse lay my children in your internal organs until they mature then they eat you from the inside out. Humans are great for my children."-Lance
The team scooched back in their seats and hunk covered his mouth in surprise.
"But i won't. Not yet. You aren't mature enough for my children yet. Or i may spare you, i like you guys."-Lance
"How are you an alien? You look human."-Allura
"Just desgiuse, see?"-Lance
Lance morphed to a large alien.

The team jumped out of there seats to the corner of the room.
Keith activated his bayard by his side.
Lance stretched out his jaw.
"Ah, been a while, well like nine hours but oh well. Calm down and take your seats. I'm not going to do anything."-Lance
Lance morphed back and sat down.
"Don't be a nasty, sit down."-Lance
"A nasty?"-Hunk
They sat back down.
"Yeah, a scared child alien as you would say."-Lance
There was a pause.
"Hunk, you need to calm down. You heart rate is too high."-Lance
"Oh, uh mm thanks."-Hunk
"And Pidge, I know you want to do experiments on me, as long as it has nothing to do will nukes, those burn my eyes."-Lance
"Are you going to hurt earth?"-Shiro
"Not that i can now. My brethren would have already died without me."-Lance
"Why would they die?"-Pidge
"I am there queen. They would kill themselves in frustration upon my leaving."-Lance
"Your a girl?"-Keith
"No, i am both genders. That's why i can self produce my children. Only queens can be that way."-Lance
"How come you haven't laid any eggs yet?"-Coran
"I have. Kultenacker has two of my children within him. He is food enough for them."-Lance
"Is he.."-Hunk
"He will die. He is only a cow though, so he doesn't matter. Don't drink his milk though, or it will turn your insides to liquid."-Lance
"Oh..."-Shiro
"How do we know you won't kill us?"-Kieth
"Because you are also part of voltron. I also have no reason too. I have captives as my food throughout the castle in confinement, so i am well fed."-Lance
"What!? Captives!?!"-Shiro
"Don't worry, they are not good, well not on your side of the war. There are no children, they are only males, and they are trapped in my cocoons. They won't hurt you unless they can live without any limbs including their heads."-Lance
