Abby's POV

I had been a little depressed. my date with Jake was a full on disaster. Well, I wouldn't call it depressed I'd call it more of being mopey.

I haven't really been out of the house otherwise going to school. But Jasmine is coming over today, for us to have girls day.

This motivated me to get out of my funk. I didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable, i  some kinda way.

Anyway I was in the kitchen making some snacks for us, when i heard a knock on the door. "Its open." I said.

Jasmine bee boped her way through the door. "Hello my sister from another mister." She said smiling.

"Hey you. Ready for our girls day?"I asked, putting some brownies into the oven. "You know it boo." She said, popping some popcorn into her mouth.

I smiled. "Well my parents are gone to my aunt's, and Paul is out being Paul so it's just us." I said.

"Awe but I was looking forward to flirting, with your idiot of a brother." I scrunched my nose up, in Feign disgust.

"Ewwwww!" She rolled her eyes, with a faint smile. "Oh shush." She huffed. I decided to change the subject.

"Anyhow how goes school?" I asked curiously. "Well, it's school so it sucks." She said sitting down on the couch.

I take a tray of snacks over to the couch, and sat down beside her. "Any boys falling over you yet?" I smirked.

She blushed at this. "Ummm no." "Liar." I teased. She took a fist full of chips, and her cheeks tinted red. There was someone. I gasped, "so there is someone, isn't there?!" I exclaimed.

She waved her hand. "It's no one. He was a complete douchebag to me. His mood swings are worse then mine, when I am on my period." She huffed out. I giggled.

I stood up, and went to check on the brownies. I heard the sound of whooping, and looked out of the window seeing Paul had came back with Jared. I sighed, rolling my eyes.

Jasmine's point of view.

I heard loud laughter, and turned my head slightly and saw two boys roll into the living room. "Hey!" Abby snapped, getting the attention of the guys. "Paul! Guess who is here?."

She said, while pointing to me. Paul froze when he saw me, I yelped when he suddenly tackled me. I giggled. "It is good too see to to, Paul." He grinned when he got off me.

"My my. Little jasmine swan, isn't small anymore. I mean height wise! Y-your grown more b-beautiful, I mean." He stuttered, trying to find the right words. I laughed Lightly, at his embarrassed face.

"It is okay. I know what you mean." I snickered out. "Calm down. No need to be stuttering, Paul." He calmed down, and grinned sheepishly.

"Hey, man! Aren't you going introduce me to your pretty friend here?!." The other boy whined. Paul grunted, and rolled his eyes at him. "Not really, but jasmine, Jared, Jared, jasmine."

I waved at Jared. I rasies an eyebrow at him, as he took my hand and kissed it while winking at me. "Nice to meet you." I laughed, when Abby came up and whacked over the head with a wooden mixing spoon.

"Abby, that hurt!" He whined, while pouting. "Well stop bloody flirting, with my best friend, Cameron!".

"Yeah, only I am allowed to do that! I-I mean...". I raised an eyebrow at Paul. he smiled, a little in embarrassment, while rubbing the back of his head.

Jared smirked, and snickered. "The Paul lahote is speechless." He laughed out. Paul narrowed his eyes, then Jared yelped as he tackled him. I snorted, unattractively.

I shook my head, and joined Abby in the kitchen. I watched as she pulled the tray of brownies out, and leaned on the counter. "Your brother hasn't changed one bit." She smiled at me. "and that crush he has on you, hasn't too."

I shook my head, and leaned off the counter. I walked over to the fridge, my heels creating a small thud with each step, and opened the freezer up. I widened my eyes, seeing double chocolate mud cake ice cream.

Abby's point of view.

I looked over at jasmine, and snorted. "I see your ice cream addiction, hasn't changed." I said, snidely. She poked her tongue out at me, "I can't help it, it tastes so good."

I rasies an eyebrow. The ice cream she was eating was Paul's. "You do realise that is Paul's ice cream you're eating?". I said, with a smirk. Paul's head suddenly popped up, in the archway to the kitchen.

"Did someone say ice...". He narrowed his eyes, seeing jasmine eating his eye cream. She stiffens seeing Paul, and looked down at the Ice cream. "Ro oh." She says, like Scooby-Doo, and she squealed as Paul tried grabbing the ice cream from her.

I laughed. I walked over to the archway calmly, and crossed my arms as I watch my brother chase my best friend. I chortled, as Paul tackled her to the ground and tried taking the ice cream from her.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door. "I'll get it." I said as Paul and Jasmine still wrestled for the ice cream.

I slowly opened the door with a smile. But when I saw who was on the opposite end I frowned. This day just got a whole lot more complicated
