Chapter title: deal
"So... watcha got?" She asked, trapping me in her arm. I lift my paper up, "98" I said and smirked at her.
"Ha! Better luck next time, sucker." She lifted her paper up, showing all ticks and a 3 digit number circled red on top. The smirk on my face faltered away.
"AISH!" I yelled out in frustration. "Yah Park Sooyoung, It's just 2 points higher." I glared at her. "Yah Yook Sungjae, do ya think I give a fuck?" I grabbed my bag and walked away.
Sooyoung and I have been very competitive since we were young. Teachers would always bet on who will get a higher score between us two, and because of that, the competitiveness goes on.
"Bleh, bleh, bleh. I'll end you on tomorrow's science test, Park Sooyoung" I smirked.
Although Science is not my best subject, I studied those 12 pages of that chapter like my life depends on it. I know them too much that they were like under my palms, and I'm pretty confident that I'll get a good score on this test.
Gosh, the test is starting.... the teacher finally gave us the papers. I flipped through them and automatically, a grin formed on my lips. This was too easy. I started answering the test, and I finished 30 minutes before time. I double checked, and even tripled check, but time wasn't running out.
I look to Sooyoung, a hand scratching her head head as she was biting her pencil and tapping her desk. Welp, looks like she's having a hard time. She released a long sigh before pouting, and I must admit, that's pretty cute.
I winked at her, and seeing her blush brings a smug smile to my face. Miss Park gets flustered easily, hmm? I continued to tease her, sending flying kisses and all, as the crimson red tint on her face never disappeared. She groaned, and tried to focus on the test, but with all the attention I was giving her, she failed to do so.
"Alright class! Pencils down. Everyone stay quiet while I collect your papers. No more answering!" I felt a feeling of victory when she looked so shookt. "W-what?!?" she shouted. "Miss Park, didn't I just tell you to stay quiet?"
After class, I hang out at the lockers when she came up to me with a fuming red, crunched up face.
"Hey there,.... Jagi" I smirked when I saw her flustered again. "Yahh!!! Stop calling me that! You have to pay for what you did earlier!" She said, "oh.... what did I do earlier Jagi?" I asked, "Y-yah.... I told you to stop calling me that! And don't pretend not to know!" She replied.
"Maybe you didn't understand the lessons too well, I could tutor you if you want. I'm free anytime you need me, Jagi" I winked at her and walked away.
Well, It's been about a day since that science exam.... and the idiot took the tutoring lessons seriously so here we are, in the library.
I watched her as she answered the questions. Her nose and forehead was scrunched up, and I found It too cute.
"I-I don't quite get the formula..." she said, fingers on her lips. I move closer to her and explained it, but I couldn't help but to stare at her pretty face.
"O-oh ok. I get it now..." she started answering the question really slowly, so I said something that I shouldn't have.
"For every answer you get correct, I'll give you a kiss." I said, which also suprised me. "Alright then..." she answered the questions and finished.
"Well, this seems pretty good..." I put the paper down on the desk. "You're Improving! Good job!" I smile at her.
"Now.... how about that deal?" She looked at me, We were slowly getting close to each other, as our foreheads touch, and our nose also touching each other, I felt her soft lips on mine.
She backed away first before grabbing her things and stuffing them in her bag. "B-before I leave.... I have something to tell you.... I-I like you!" She said, eyes closed. "I know you won't ever like me... we are rivals anyways...." her head was down low, walking away slowly while hiding her face in her palms.
"Yah!" I pulled her arm and faced her to me, I kissed her, which made her jump, but she kissed back. "I like you too, pabo." I rested my forehead on hers, as she looked at me with loving eyes and hugged me.
"Let's meet ath the rooftop later..." she strolled away.
