I regained consciousness, I looked behind me to see Jihoon laying against Jinyoung. I heard the new weapon that Daniel was talking being wielded. That knife, it had something applied against the blade, an infectee won't be able to survive that. I got up and tried to hurry over but I saw Jihoon's lifeless body fell onto the floor. I was taken back at first because he was fighting Jinyoung. I looked at Jinyoung, his hands were in a form of a fist. The veins were darker than it was, both Daniel and Jinyoung clashed while I was there trying to drag Jihoon away from the fight.

"S-Save.. Ji-Jinyoung.." He mumbled before closing his eyes again.

I looked at Jihoon's hand which was holding onto my hand. I felt an object landed in my fingers, I moved it out of the way and looked at it. It was another antidote. I looked back at Jihoon to see his peaceful face, emotion welled up in me again. Seeing someone who would have sacrificed his life for someone that was he against. I nodded slowly and looked at Jinyoung being thrown to the ground again.

"Daniel!" I shouted grabbing his attention.

"Oh you're awake?" He spoke.

"And you want to kill me right?" I answered.

"N-No.." Jinyoung muttered.

"Haha, no mind if I do." He said before walking towards me.

I walked away from Jihoon's body and made a run for it with him chasing behind. I tripped over something, well it's nothing, I tripped over my own shoe. I fell to the ground and tried to crawl away as Daniel's chuckle was heard. I held onto the antidote making sure the needle is shown. I showed him a small smirk before lunging at his neck. He stumbled back a little from it, I got out from under and headed towards Jinyoung quickly before being pushed over.

"Ah- You really.." Daniel said before collapsing behind me.

I looked to see him weak, all the veins were darkening. He was groaning from the pain, I headed over to Jinyoung who was walking slowly towards me. I stood beside him, but he moved me behind as I saw Daniel sitting on his knees. I looked at his eyes, he was eyeing Jihoon who was dead beside us.

"A miracle really won't happen huh.." He said slowly. "Just- Just let me be by him for the last time.." He said as he crawled slowly to Jihoon.

Jinyoung lost his balance right away, I held him up and walked him out. It was 3am, Jinyoung decided to go to the hospital. We ended up going to the rooftop of the hospital, with Jinyoung being weak, I laid him down on my lap as we waited.

"J-Just.. let-let me see the sunri-sunrise.." He stuttered. "Th-The only dream.. I want- to fulfill.." He added.

I sat here listening to him taking deep breaths, I was caressing his hair. Blood was dried up against my hands and his hands. I held onto it and tighten the grip with him.

"Da-Daehwi.. th-thank you.." He said as the sun rose.

Tears fell from my eyes as Jinyoung's breathing were stopped. I sat there with his lifeless body while watching the sun rise ahead. I left him up there, I headed downstairs and called it a day. I didn't report to work, I actually decided to quit since the work we'll be doing in the hospital gotten boring as ever.

Booking a trip to Italy was the best I can do to forget everything that happened. I walked around and met a young girl. I stopped in front of her and greeted her.

"Ah, hello." I said in English.

"Hell sir." She said as she played with her doll.

I looked down at the doll to noticed it resembles Jinyoung.

"You know. I have a gift." I told her.

"Really?" She said in excitement.

I nodded then digged out the dracula figure of my little hand purse. I handed her the dracula and she started to play with it.

"Ah, Mindy, you shouldn't have left us." Her father said.

"Ah hello, thank you for helping us out by keeping her here." He said.

"It's not a problem." I smiled in response.

"Bye bye sir!" She said as the family walked away.

From the scene, I smiled at the happy family. I continued to walk around and shop for some stuff to last me here on this trip. Say, it was worth it, this whole time being in Italy was peaceful. No more harm was given, I ended my shopping spree and headed back to my hotel. It was dark out, I really have the guts to do this. As I walked the empty dark streets, I couldn't help but feel someone following. I turned around and saw no one, I continued to walk with the pace picked up everytime. I ran into someone and got scared so I fell against the floor.

"Oh.. Jinyoung.. where are you at when I needed you." I said with the sacredness in my voice.

The guy lunged at me and I covered myself before hearing noises. I uncovered myself to see someone fighting within the tunnel. I tried to look closer to see what I'm seeing is true. As the guy ran off, the last one stood there before turning towards me. As he walked out of the tunnel, I realized who it was.

"Are you okay Daehwi?" He spoke walking towards me.

"Bae-Bae Jinyoung.." I said still at shock.

"Don't worry, I'll be here to keep you safe." He said as he pulled me in a hug.

He still feels the same as he was before, cold and stronger I guess.

"H-How.." I said looking up at him with the confused look on my face.

"Don't worry about me, you should have watched yourself." He said. "Thank you.. I love you." He before meeting my lips.

From there we kissed for the night, no one bothered us, no one can see us.
