Lee Daehwi

I was panicking, the blood wouldn't stop leaking out. I kept being reminded that the blood pressure was dropping. I kept repeating the same thing back to the other assistant. Everything stopped till Dr. Bae came into the room.

"Seems like you're done at the moment. I'll take over from here." He said.

"No, stay out of this-"

"Daehwi. Let's Jinyoung take over the surgery. Report back up here when you're finish cleaning yourself."

"Uncle-"

"Refrain from calling me that here, do as told and get going." He interrupted me.

I looked at Jinyoung then walked out shoving passed him. After removing all the accessories off me in the locker room. I threw them away before punching the locker letting out my anger. I just happened to cough right after it because that's how hard I had to scream. I opened the locker and grabbed the doctor jacket. I headed back up to the viewing room to be met with everyone else. I walked up to Minhyun after seeing him sitting down comfortably.

"Uncle, how can you-"

"Shh, I don't want to hear it. Just watch the surgery." He interrupted me and sat me down on a chair beside him.

I sat there watching the surgery in disgust, getting kicked out of your own surgery. Seriously though, Bae Jinyoung, out of everyone, it has to be him.

"He stopped the bleeding?" I heard one of my colleagues said.

"See, a miracle." The other said.

Everyone in the viewing room started to cheer a bit as a celebration. The surgery continued on till he finishes. Everyone was amazed from his skill while I still sat there all annoyed. Everyone clapped in his success while he looked up at me then started to point at his head. I rolled my eyes then left the room first. Woojin happened to come beside me as well as we walked to the canteen. We only ordered a cup full of soda of our choice. We sat down at a small table with only two seats just for us two.

"Dr. Bae Jinyoung was so cool when he does the surgery." He exclaimed.

"Can you not mention his name ever? Just hearing his name is gonna make my blood boil." I said.

"What's wrong with you? You used to admire the guy from magazines, books, and pic-"

"Then I'll just burn it all down." I cut him off.

"Oh? Daehwi!" I turned and see Jaehwan coming over. He had the smile all over his face when he approached me.

"How can you still be smiling after seeing a friend of yours get kick from their own surgery." I whined to him.

"Daehwi-ah, I'm not smiling because of that. There's-"

"Get lost." I said.

"Ge- hmm." He said trying to figure out what I said.

Is my pronunciation is wrong? When will someone give me a break.

"Daehwi." Someone called for me. I looked up and see Dr. Bae right there.

He was motioning me to follow, not wanting to be rude, I got up and followed behind him. I left Woojin and Jaehwan behind in the canteen still having Jaehwan dumbfounded. He walked me all the way from the canteen to his office. He let me enter first but then shrug past me to sit behind his desk.

"What is it that you have bring me here?" I asked breaking the silence.

He pulled out the glasses and placed it on the edge of the desk beside his name tag. It was the same one he had on earlier.

"In making your surgery a success, you owe me." He said. "These pairs, they're only a limited time when I was in Chile. I waited 2 hours to get these pair." He continued.

"Why couldn't you buy another then?" I questioned him.

"Does it look like I can go back to Chile?" He answered back with another question.

I rolled my eyes then took the glasses, he turned away after I looked back at him. I exit out of his office letting out a small tantrum before cutting myself with the glasses.

"Ah-" I stopped once I saw couple nurses walked past.

Hwang Minhyun

The reason for Jinyoung's appearance at the hospital was because someone else had invited him. I entered the limo to go pick up that person. Even after a while, I was met with him.

"Ah, Kang Daniel. Nice to see you." I greeted him as he entered the car.

"Minhyun, it's nice to see you too." He responded smiling.

The car then begin to ride away from the location. It was silent for a few seconds till I decided to break it.

"How did you find out about Bae Jinyoung and bring him into the hospital without being his acquaintance?" I asked.

"He's someone that I know back then. Him and I need to finish something we had long ago." He answered.

I nodded my head still wondering about him and Jinyoung's relationship.

"Ah, I'll drop you off at the hospital." I said.

"No no, you can drop me off at my place." He insisted.

"Alright then."

The rest of the ride was silent till we arrived at his apartment. We both bidded farewell before heading off to the hospital. I need to finish some stuff there anyways.

Bae Jinyoung

I got home and was suddenly met with a robot that Guan Lin had. The robot was small in height but say, it sure does like to talk.

"Ah, hyung. I finished up the new bed that you wanted." Guan Lin said meeting me by the front door.

"What's this?" I asked about the robot.

"I am LOVEY." The robot answered in response showing the name on the screen.

I rolled my eyes then headed to my room, Guan Lin was following behind me as well. When I got there, the bed was fully completed compared to last time that I saw it. Guan Lin went ahead of me and grabbed the remove before turning it on.

"The temperature is as cold as it can get. You're welcome. It's simple to turn it on and turn it off." He said handing over the remote.

"Good night hyung." He said before leaving the room.
