Chapter Seven -Forgiveness on the rocks-

Cassadee crept down to the kitchen around two in the morning to get some water only to find her sister siting on the counter with a tub of ice cream. “Hi,” she said getting a glass from the cabinets. A mumbled ‘hey’ came from behind her. She filled her glass, took a sip, and turned around to find an empty kitchen. “How do you do that?” she asked the empty room with a sigh. “I just walked away,” her sister’s voice said from behind her with a chuckle. She spun around with a slight yelp and a jump, “Dammit Cece! We talked about this, it’s just creepy! Why are you standing so close? We talked about this too, personal space Cece!” The elder sister just laughed, “Oh but I love scaring you!” She paused casting a glance toward the open closet, “Oh and tell Danny he has to do all the laundry. Oh and tell him to shut the closet door next time, amateurs.” She slunk back into the darkness still laughing creepily.
