“Our Aunt Bobby and Uncle Allen are coming to town to watch the kids while me, Cassie, and their two kids are at a family wedding,” Cecilia informed Daniel and Alex as they sat in the backyard the next day. “Joey and Ashley are their kids. We’re all in the actual wedding so they’re going to pick us up to get ready at the bride’s house,” Cassadee jumped in. “Our cousin, Josh, is marrying our friend, Monica, from high school,” Cecilia continued. “We still need dates. Wanna come?” Cassadee asked with a huge grin. “Y’all would have to our cousin’s house,” Cecilia finished with a grin matching her sister’s. The brothers exchanged a look and nodded in sync. “Great! If Josh asks about us and if you’re dating us, say no!” the sisters said at the same time. “But we are dating,” Daniel said. Cassadee just shook her head. “Me and Cupcake ain’t dating,” Alex commented. Just then Justin ran into the yard, “Mama! Aunt Bobby is here!” The sisters exchanged a look that screamed, ‘Here goes nothing.’
