(26) New Beginnings

Thomas' POV

"Ven dentro amigos.(Come inside friends)"

I say with a smile. They all come in with smiles, some with tears, but ALL with gifts and flowers. It's been three days in the hospital since Amelia had our twin boys. Three days since Amelia died and was brought back. Three days since our little miracles were brought into this world by my ángel.

Amelia has been in recovery till today so she wasn't allowed to have visitors. Till today. Today she's finally in her own private room, not in the ICU. Today is the first day people, our family and friends get to come see Amelia, Jackson and Tyler.

The doctors told me that there were a LOT of people down stairs in the lobby waiting to see Amelia and the twins, but I never expected THIS many people. I expected ten people maybe but there are fifty people that are outside her door, lined up, waiting to see her and our babies.

When you're in the mafia or in my case the mafia's leader, everyone knows you and your family. We do call ourselves "One big familia" for a reason.

"Wow this room is amazing! It even has a living room! Dude!"

Levi says as he's the first to enter the room in a race to be the first one to hold the babies. Gavin comes in second and slaps him upside the head. Levi turn towards his twin and have a stare off while Levi rubs his freshly slapped head.

"While you boys are going to be this childish...I'M going to go see my godsons."

Announces Camilla, rolling her eyes at Levi and Gavin as she walks past them. They stick their tongues out at her, making Xavier laugh them as he follows Cami and I into the bedroom part of the private room. I knock on the separating door and Amelia's heavenly voice comes through sounding sleepy.

"Come in."

I smile as I lead Camilla and Xavier into the room to see Amelia holding Jackson while Tyler lay still in her lap while she sits on the bed looking like she just woke up. She smiles when she see's us and waves us over.

"Come on over guys. They and I don't bite. I mean they might nibble. they're a little hungry."

We all laugh as Jackson sneezes and scares his brother awake. Camilla takes Tyler from Amelia's lap as Xavier takes Jackson from her arms. They both look at the babies in complete awe and love. We made a good decision making them the godparents.

"Hunny, how are you feeling?"

I ask Amelia, noticing her slowly closing her eyes while trying to stay awake. I walk up beside her and pull her towards me so that she is leaning against me with her head on my stomach. She snuggles her head in closer to my stomach and mumbles.

"I feel great. Full of energy. Can't you tell?"

I laugh, causing her head to bounce on my stomach and every laugh that leaves my body. She groans and lethargically slaps my leg. I smile at her as she falls asleep on my stomach. I look over to Camilla holding Tyler by the window, showing him the outside world as he is now awake.

"Jackson stop pulling my ear!"

I hear Xavier chastise Jackson. I look over and notice that Jackson is in fact yanking on Xavier's earlobe. I quickly grab my phone from my pocket and snap a picture of the two. Xav looks over at me and shoots me a glare. He really doesn't like his picture being taken when he isn't paying attention. Says he isn't ready or that we didn't get his good side.

I roll my eyes at him with a smirk and look over at Camilla and Tyler again and see that he has his hands on her cheeks as they both look at each other in the eyes. I snap another picture and smile as I see Cami look at me out of the corner of her eye and wink at me.
