Chapter 15

"Now introducing, the best man, Ethan Dolan and the maid of honor, Cameron Dolan!" The dJ said over the loud speaker and Ethan and Cameron walked swiftly into the main room. Grayson leaned over and kissed me again now that we were alone. "Can't we just skip this part and get to the honeymoon part?" He teases as he kissed me again. I knew we couldn't, but I couldn't deny that it sounded like an amazing idea. The DJ started speaking again and we waited while he introduced us. " and now, for the first time as husband and wife, Grayson and Y/N Dolan!" We walked into the main room hand in hand as our guests cheered. We made our way to the head table and sat down. A while later Ethan stood to give his toast. I looked at him nervously. He had been working on this speech for weeks and I was anxious to hear what he finally ended up with. " when we met Y/N back in 7th grade we were all immediate friends. She was the first person that truly got to know us. When we left and moved to LA we missed her just as much as we missed our family. But a real friendship can make it through anything and that exactly what happened with us. As we grew our career, she was always our biggest fan and critic. When Grayson told me he was in love with Y/N I wasn't surprised. It seems like they were the only two people who didn't realize they were in love all those years ago, but to the rest of us it was obvious. The way Grayson lights up when her name is mentioned, the way Y/N looks at him when she thinks no one is paying attention. The love between them has been there and grazing all our lives and I've been the lucky one to get to have a front row seat to watch their relationship grow. The last few years they have been through more than most people I know, but through it all they always get through it together and never let anything change the way they feel about each other. I couldn't be happier or prouder of both of you. I love you both. Cheers!" Ethan need his toast and Grayson and I both stood and hugged him. "Love you, sis." He whispered to me as he hugged me tightly. "Love you, too. Thank you for walking me down the aisle." I replied. We all sat, and Cameron stood to give her toast next. "I'll never forget when the twins started bringing Y/N around when we were kids. Her personality fit perfectly into our crazy family and she was immediately loved by everyone. She was the perfect calming contract to the twins' craziness and kept them grounded throughout all the changes in their lives. Even though she was always friends with both of them, there was always something special between her and Grayson. Their love story has been perfect from the beginning, and I'm in awe of them. Grayson, by marrying Y/N you have given me the sister I never knew I wanted and for that I thank you. Y/N, we have a friendship that is so much more than just sister- in- Laws. Not only are you one of my best friends, but you're now officially family. Thank you for loving my brother." We stood and hugged cam as she finished her speech. "You're the best maid of honor and the best sitter I could ever ask for, cam. Thank you!" I whispered to her as I embraced my new sister in law. When the speeches were over we made our way around the room hand in hand and spoke to every one of our guests. We were flooded with congratulations and words of love. As we finished our rounds Ethan called us over to the middle of the floor. "Y/N, I know you were upset that your grandma couldn't be here today, but last time we were here in New Jersey I went to visit her and she recorded this message to you and Grayson." Ethan pulled a remote from his pocket and a large white screen appeared in front of us. He turned on a projector and a video of my grandma, my only living relative, came up on the screen. I immediately started crying. "Hi everyone. Sweetie, I am so proud of the woman you have become, and I know you'll be an amazing wife. You're so loving and so supportive to everyone around you and that's going to take you far in this life. Grayson, I've watched you and Y/N together for years and I know you'll love her and care for her like she deserves. I wish you both all the love and blessings this life has to offer. I love you both so much." The video ended, and I covered my face with my hands. Tears streamed down my face in rivers. I turned and pulled Ethan into a hug while the guests around us all "awed". Cameron handed me a tissue and I fixed my face as Ethan and Grayson hugged. Suddenly, everyone moved off the dance floor and the DJ announced the first dance. The lights lowered, and the room was illuminated by the twinkling light from thousands of fairy lights all along the barn. Grayson gently held my waist and guided me around the dance floor as our song, thinking out loud by ed Sheeran, played over the loudspeakers. "I love you." Grayson whispered to me as we danced to the beautiful song. When the song started to end we were interrupted by Ethan. "Can I cut in?" He asked and Grayson stood back to let Ethan take the floor. The next song, which would normally be reserved for the father and daughter dance, started playing. Ethan spun me around in a move I knew he had to have practiced 100 times for this moment. He then held my waist as we floated along the dance floor. "I never really put much thought into having a family or anyone here on my wedding day. It's always been my norm. You stepped up and made moments that I never even thought about so special, E. I can't thank you enough for not just being here for Grayson today but for being here for me." I confessed as I danced with Ethan."Y/N, you've always meant the world to me and seeing you with Grayson makes me happier than I thought possible. We always wondered if one of us getting married would pull us apart, but with you it's like we all just fit together perfectly. You've always been like a part of the family, even before you were with Grayson, so it's only right that I show you how much you're loved by our entire family today." Ethan replied. Tears pooled in my eyes. He had just pulled me to his chest to hug me when we were interrupted again. "Can I just cut in?" I heard from beside me. I turned and saw Sean dolan waiting with a huge smile and his hand out. I looked over his shoulder and saw Grayson dancing with his mom and smiled. Ethan stepped away and I started dancing with my father in law. "You make both my boys so happy, I'm so glad you're part of our family now." Grayson's dad said happily. "They both mean everything to me." I replied. I was filled with so much love and happiness that I felt like my heart was going to explode from my chest.
