We headed back to their parents house and sat by the fireplace to warm up. The land was less than 10 minutes from his parents house. It would be perfect. "So what do you think?" Grayson asked as we sat on the couch and started to warm up. "I love it! I'm just worried about all your work and stuff." I confessed. They had meeting multiple times a week in LA and I was nervous about how much the would be flying back and forth. "We will figure that all out. We think we will only have to go out to LA like once every 6-8 weeks." Ethan explained. I nodded. That wouldn't be too bad. "We want to build one house and all of us will live there for a while and the down the line Ethan is going to clear out a different part of the land and build his own house." Grayson explained. I smiled. They had always said they wanted side by side houses when they grew up and now we had the chance to make that happen. We sat around the living room and talked about all the details for a long time. By dinner time we were all in agreement. "I'm going to go call the realtor and put in an offer on the land!" Grayson said excitedly. He walked out of the room and I smiled at Ethan. "What?" He asked as I started laughing. "You guys begged me for years to move out to LA and as soon as I get out there and get settled you guys want to move back to Jersey!" I laughed. Ethan rolled his eyes but he couldn't stop himself from laughing with me. "Hey You're the one that decided to grow a human!" He added and we both laughed.

The next 3 months were absolutely crazy, but I was the happiest I had ever been. We went through all our belongings and started shipping things to Jersey. We put the house in LA on the market and met with architects and contractors and designers. The house in Jersey really started coming along. We flew back and forth from LA to Jersey a lot for meetings and to work on the plans and development for the new house. I was amazed at how quickly everything was coming together.

The first week in April we officially moved back to Jersey. The house wasn't done yet, so we decided to move into the old house down the road from his parents until our new house was ready. This way we would be close to the new house and be able to check on the progress and meet with the designers, and I would be able to see my doctor in Jersey for the pregnancy. We settled into my house in Jersey and by the second week of April we were getting back to a normal schedule. When I woke up on the 12th of April I was so nervous. "Babe, you have to wake up and get ready!" I said as I shook Grayson's arm gently to wake him up. Now that we were officially in Jersey, we had an appointment with the baby doctor. They were also going to do an ultrasound today and we should be able to find out the baby's gender. We were so beyond excited. While Grayson showered I woke up Ethan. He was coming with us to find out the baby's gender. After 20 minutes of shaking, smacking, and yelling at Ethan he finally rolled out of bed. We all got ready and by 10:00Am we were ready to go. The drive to the doctors office was quiet. We were all excited, but also nervous. I couldn't wait to see my baby on the screen for the first time. We walked into the doctors office and checked in and we were immediately taken back to the ultrasound room. I laid on the exam table and the twins sat beside me. I reached over and held Grayson's hand as we waited for the ultrasound technician to start the exam. After booting up the equipment I lifted my shirt slightly and she covered my growing belly with cold jelly. "Do you want to know the gender if we're able to tell today?" She asked as she ran the wand over my stomach and tried to find the position of the baby. "Actually, we just want you to tell Ethan, please." I said with a sigh. Ethan wanted to plan us a surprise, so after much begging from E we agreed that he could find out first, but only if he did the surprise the same day because we couldn't wait. The tech smiled. "Well, here is the baby!" She said as the profile of our baby showed up on the screen. We couldn't see any real features or anything, but our baby was still the most perfect thing I'd ever seen. Tears ran down my face as I stared at the screen and watched our baby move in real time. I felt the baby kick and saw it's leg stretch out on the screen. It was amazing to be able to actually see the movements that I had felt for the last few weeks. "It's perfect." Grayson whispered as he choked up. I couldn't speak. I nodded in agreement and smiled warmly at grayson. We watched the screen as the nurse took more pictures and measurements of the baby. "Okay, close your eyes!" The technician said with a smirk. Grayson and I both closed our eyes and smiled. "NO PEEKING!" Ethan demanded. He reached over and covered both of our eyes with his hands. Grayson and I both cracked up laughing. "This surprise better be good the way you've been acting this week!" I joked to Ethan. He didn't say anything, but I could hear him chuckle. A few moments later Ethan moved his hands and I watched as he put an envelope in his pocket. "Well the baby looks perfectly healthy!" The technician explained as she handed me photos from the ultrasound. Grayson and I looked through them and smiled. "The baby is measured at a perfect Length, your due date is still listed on August 22nd. Ethan has the ultrasound with the gender revealed on it. We will see you back in 4 weeks!" She explained as Grayson and I continued to look at the pictures of our baby. We shook her hand and then left the room. After scheduling our next appointment we left the office and headed back home. "I'm going to mom and dads. When everything's ready I'll call you guys to come over." Ethan explained as we pulled up to my house. I looked at Ethan and rolled my eyes, but I had a smile on my face that nothing could change. "You better hurry up and get out of here before I tell gray to tackle you and take that damn envelope away from you." I warned him. Grayson looked at me and started laughing. "Can I please?" He joked. We all started laughing. "You better go fast, Ethan!" I replied as e jumped in his car. "I'll hurry!" Ethan promised as he pulled out of the driveway and headed to his parents house.
