In the park, Jehangir was sitting on the wooden bench. He took out a wrapped newspaper from his pocket by reading it upside down. When Kamal and Chandu were walking into the park, they stared at the newspaper. They were not aware as Dr. Jehangir's face was covered. Instead, they were laughing at it. Until, the sassy Dr. Kamal uncovered his face, Kamal and Chandu were surprised to see him.
"Haven't you seen anyone reading upside down newspapers?" snapped Jehangir. "It's fun!"
Both had their mouth wide open.
"What are you looking at? Anyway, you guys have a lot to learn" sassed Jehangir continuously.
"We apologize for our behavior, sir" said Kamal and Chandu.
"That's okay. At least, Sadek taught you some manners. He's a tough one when it comes to mannerisms" said Jehangir.
"Sir, at least you are an old friend of my teachers, respect is a value, right sir?" said Kamal.
"Aah, yes, Kamal, my boy!" gasped Jehangir.
Somehow, Jehangir and the boys noticed Amelia and the cable operator's daughter went to the park. Amelia's spectacles were rounded. She had her hair double-ponytailed. She wore a long skirt and a t-shirt that had the picture of Mickey Mouse. On her hand, there was a teddy bear doll. It had the brownish fur, round dark brown nose with realistic eyes which looks adorable in terms of those who bought it from the toy shop.
"Amelia, this is a beautiful park!" said the cable operator's daughter with joyfulness.
"This is where I play" said Amelia with a childish voice. "In the corner, where there are see-saws, slipper and look, there are swings"
It was really there on the park. In the center, there were grasses and surrounded by trees. But on the jogger's-path of the park, the bench was in the middle where the doctor read the upside down newspaper and the boys looked at it. But at the corner, there were three swings that were made of metal and chains and had barriers on the line except the front. Slippers were made of silver plates and red paints and the two see-saws were made of wood. Unfortunately, the park was empty and deserted.
They both followed the deserted park and were playing in the swings. It was half-an hour. Until, the other children saw it, they laughed and made fun of Amelia because of the way she dressed and her childish behavior.
"Look, the retard girl strikes back! You-Huuu!" teased one of the crowded kids.
The kids continued to tease when the cable operator's daughter was trying to defend her from the bullies.
"STOP THAT, PLEASE, YOU BIG BULLIES!" cried the child, the cable operator's daughter.
Still, they were continued teasing her such as breaking her glasses and throwing leaves at her. Amelia was sobbing in a child-like manner. She burst into tears. The child's tears is priceless and the innocence could never be forgotten. If Amelia was not a child, she could have defended herself. Till then, Kamal rushed through the kids and gently silenced them in a manner that their mouth slowly shut.
"Look, I know that Amelia looked different to you but hey, she is like you all. Alright? Kids, the world is unique and beautiful. We must accept that, okay? Off to your playground, now" explained Kamal.
Dr. Jehangir clapped.
"Bravo! At least you got what I mean" said Jehangir.
"Yes, sir! I understand" said Kamal. "Oh, Rasma, where is Amelia didi?"
"I think, didi is at the see-saw" said Rasma, the cable operator's daughter.
On the other hand, when Rasma looked back, she saw that Amelia was nowhere to be seen. On the further note, Dr. Jehangir, Kamal, Rasma and Chandu were continuously searching for her all the way to her house. When they opened the door, they saw that Amelia was holding a paper and was doing a painting on the park as well as the situation. Alongside that, it even had paintings of the situation only Amelia had. One of them was the grocery store where she met Dr. Jehangir at the first place. They were painted so realistically that we, as an audience could not differentiate the real photos with paintings. The new painting was so similar that Chandu burst into tears of joy.
"Well, Amelia, you paint beautifully" said Jehangir.
"Thank you, doctor uncle and brother Kamal, thank you for helping me" said Amelia in an infant tone.
"Don't call me brother, I am 16. It's not helping, it's saving" corrected Kamal.
"I am 6 years old" said Amelia in a toddler voice.
"Okay, Amelia" said Kamal.
Jehangir stopped the recording button from the mobile phone. But to further knowing about Amelia, he entered the store room. It was filled with different objects such as teddy bears, some make up kits, poetry books by legendary poets and sculptures made with wires. The store room was not as the regular untidy one but decorative as a museum.
Therefore, as Chandu and Kamal went away, Amelia's toddling style transformed into her normal self-Aminah and the change prevented her to have the last touch of the painting. She saw her ponytail hair, she smiled and opened her hair. It was long, silky and beautiful. When she looked at Dr. Jehangir, she was overjoyed.
"Uncle, when did you come?" said Aminah, joyfully.
"Amelia took me in!" said Jehangir.
"Isn't she adorable? Did she bother you?" asked Aminah.
"No no, she's nice with me. And how is Antara?" asked Jehangir.
"Antara? Who is Antara?" asked Aminah.
"Oh...forget it... Amelia made beautiful paintings by the way" said Jehangir.
"Ok, whom did she went out with?" asked Aminah.
"Oh, she did went out with Rasma, the cable operator's daughter" said Jehangir.
"My twin...she probably had a lot of fun with Amelia" smiled Aminah.
"Yes... she did by playing the see-saws" said Jehangir with a smile, pretended to not know that Amelia lived within Aminah-not her twin.
As Aminah went outside with her DSLR Camera, she went to Sadek's street school.
By the time, Dr. Jehangir started his podcast on the mobile phone.
"This is Doctor Jehangir Ahmed again, podcasting Aminah's dissociative identity disorder. I finally met her alter-ego Amelia. She is sweet as a child. What she really wanted is love. Aminah is only aware of Amelia as her 'twin'-not as her 'personality'. This is the second time I am absorbing her but as soon as I get to know Aminah in a proper manner, I could start the treatment with her. I hope you understand that it is not only my research but it reminds me to something more personal. That is all for today. Thank you."
He shifted the video to his laptop by using data cables. That time, Social Medias were rising out. On the contrary, he does not have a social media account. Even if he had, he would not post videos unless his research or treatment was done.
