At the fateful night, an old woman was taking care of her grandchild on her arms. She was sitting on the bed and looked at the door. It was such that he was waiting for her son to come home. The cold breeze waved that shun the door. It was the dark house, made of tins and the bed in the middle. The bed was in the middle of it and beside the bed, there was only a table with a lamp that used to work with kerosene.

Dr. Jehangir's presence surprised the old woman while her grandchild was sleeping on her lap. He was only six years old. The old woman slowly stood up and burst into tears but was strong on her expressions.

"What's new? Doctor? Do you still regret about my son?" asked the old woman.

To remind my readers, the haunting past of the doctor did triggered most of the family as well. During his peak, the old lady's son arrived at his cabin. Therefore, he was quite disturbed by the patient's explanation about his wife, abusing him. After he prescribed the patient without giving advices. After that, he accidentally died of overdose. One of the family member blamed him for fraudulent in the media coverage that the government directly took away his doctor's license.

As the time went by, his child was born while the mother married another man which made the child stay with the patient's mother. Till then, she waited for her son to come towards the door. The years passed and he made a real comeback with Aminah's treatment.

"I do regret. I want your apology, ma'am. I was so blind with fame that I carelessly gave advices to my patients. By the time, I understood that, patients are family other than just patients. I want to thank you for opening my eyes" said Jehangir with tears.

For the first time, a sassy doctor became way emotional and understandably warmed his heart. He decided something that he usually could not do. For the first time of his life, he was doing a better thing after he treated his patients.

"From now on, I will finance his education and I know that someone will adopt your grandson" said Jehangir.

"Who?" asked the old woman.

"My friend, Sadek. He teaches street school" said Jehangir.

Eventually, he took the child to Sadek. His bungalow was so large of that of a European house. It was made with marbles, wood and glasses with a field at the front. It was such of a grandeur that Sadek never even take fees from the children. At the interior, the living room had the gothic wallpaper as well as a fireplace.

"So, what brings you here, Jehangir?" said Sadek.

"Sadek, I want you to adopt this child, Ayman. He might be my patient's son but he needs our moral support" said Jehangir.

"After a long time, you are doing more than harm. I owe you, my friend" said Sadek.

After Jehangir introduced Ayman to Sadek, their lives had been changed. Despite, Sadek was the richest businessman of the country, he runs the street school for his passion to be simple and to honor their friend plus Aminah's mother, Catherine. Being simple might be an easier one but to be simpler is the harder one.

Since then, Aminah established Catherine's street school to an official elementary school for street children. Then, she had a photography exhibition. And most of all, Aminah married Shezan.

At the time of the night, Aminah went to her father-in-law's laptop where he kept his podcast videos. As she clicked the conclusion folder, there was a twist of revelation that surprised Aminah.

THIS IS DR. JEHANGIR AHMED. TODAY, I WANT TO REVEAL THE CONCLUSION TO THE TREATMENT. IT MIGHT BE THE SECOND TIME THAT I TREATED THE PATIENT WITH THE SPLIT PERSONALITY DISORDER BUT THE PERSONAL CONNECTION THAT I AM GOING TO REVEAL THAT SHE IS ONE OF MY LATE FRIEND'S DAUGHTER. DUE TO THAT, I NEVER TOOK ANY FEES FROM HER. NOT ONLY THAT, SHE WAS NOT IN THE CONDITION TO GIVE ME THE SALARY. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A LEGAL GUARDIAN TO HER, BUT I HEARD THAT HER FRIEND TOOK CARE OF HER. THEREFORE, I GAVE UP MY WORD. BUT IT IS NOW A MIRACLE TO SEE AN OLD FRIEND BACK. SHE HAD A CHILD-LIKE INNOCENCE OF HER MOTHER. THAT IS WHAT REALLY IMPRESSED ME. I WISH, HER FATHER WAS ALIVE AND SOBER. I WISH I COULD TREAT HER FATHER WELL. PLEASE, FORGIVE ME, AMINAH. NOW, THIS IS HOW I CONCLUDE THE TREATMENT...

"I forgave you, father-in-law. You are a father figure I deserve" whispered Aminah.
