“You made him crawl out your window?” Lydia questioned with a laugh.

Avalon shrugged sheepishly. When Lydia had asked about her “romantic” evening with Isaac, she hadn't thought she was going to have to go so far into telling her everything. Lydia had that effect on people; it was almost like she made you want to tell her your dirty little secrets. “I tried to tell him to just hide in my closet but..”

“You would have been so busted Avalon. What did you tell your dad when he saw that he was gone?” Alison asked, getting in on the conversation.

“That he wanted to run home before it got too humid outside?” I replied, knowing that it was a stupid answer. Her dad didn't really show that he believed it either, but he wasn't going to question her any further once he saw that Isaac wasn't in her room.

“Speak of the devil,” Lydia smirked, turning my body so that I was facing the stairs across the hallway.

Isaac was bounding down the steps with Boyd by his side, both of them talking intently about something important. When Isaac looked away from his companion, his gaze landed immediately on Avalon. He flashed her an award-worthy smile before muttering something to Boyd and making his way towards her.

“He's more of an angel I'd think,” Avalon mumbled shyly. She had meant to keep it in her head, but she didn't mind the words falling from her lips; after all, they were true.

Lydia rolled her eyes. “Then we'll leave you and your little “saint” alone,” Lydia stated, pulling Allison along with her in the direction of their next class.

“Angel, huh?” Isaac teased, without even one hello once he got close to where Avalon was standing.

“Shut up,” Avalon muttered, hitting his arm lightly.

“Anyways,” Isaac continued, leaning against the locker next to Avalon, pretending to be cool. “I'm still a bit disappointed in my lack of a goodbye kiss before I left.”

“Well we really didn't have much time for one, now did we?” Avalon laughed, stepping closer to Issac. She closed the distance between the two and placed a soft kiss to his lips. “Now are you satisfied?”

“Not really,” Isaac smirked, leaning back in for a harder, more passionate kiss.

They both broke away from each other at the sound of someone clearing their throat. When they pulled away, they saw Boyd standing next to them awkwardly waiting. Had he been there the entire time?

“Not to both your little...moment, but I'm kind of in need of your little boyfriend here,” Boyd explained, looking more towards Isaac even though he was directing his words towards Avalon.

Isaac nodded as his fellow werewolf before turning to Avalon. “Yeah, sorry. We have a plan to kill the you-know-whos so we have to get Derek to agree with it,” Isaac informed her hurriedly. He gave her a quick kiss on the cheek then headed off with Boyd.

“Well, what's the plan?” Avalon yelled to him from across the hall.

“Ask Stiles!” Isaac replied without even breaking stride.

Avalon watched as the pair hurried out the door of the school, pushing past multiple people that got in their way. She shook her head at the unsubtly of the boys. She grabbed her books from her locker and made it into her seat right in time for the bell to ring.

“Cutting it close today, aren't we Miss Edwards?” Ms.Blake muttered as she gathered the papers on her desk into separate piles. She must have been covering for Mr.Harris since, well, you know. It was so weird seeing her in school nowadays after learning the whole her-and-Derek situation. It was actually more disturbing than anything.
