Chapter 33 - Everything Will Be Fine
Amber P.O.V -
I could hardly remember Sophie driving me to the pack house. I could only remember panicking about the possibilities of what could have happened.
I found Brandon outside waiting for me. I jumped out of the car and ran towards him.
"What's happened?" I asked instantly.
"He's freaking out." Brandon started. "At the party some girl kissed him."
I felt my heart stop at his words. He kissed someone?
"It's not what you're thinking. It was so quick, I would be surprised if there lips even touched. He pushed her away as fast as he could." I sighed in relief. "He feels so guilty, I could here him smashing his room."
Brandon was right, as I opened the door I saw that the majority of the furniture was broken and Xavier was on the floor.
"Xavier?" I walked towards him slowly.
He didn't move. "I'm sorry." He had his knees pulled up to his chest and his head was in his hands.
"Brandon told me what happened."I sat next to him.
"And you hate me." He choked out.
My eyes watered. "I love you." I placed a hand on his shoulder. "You didn't do anything wrong."
"I-i-i k-kissed-" He couldn't even speak, that's how much he was crying.
"I know, I know." I wrapped my arms around his waist and rested my head on his shoulder.
"I-i'm sorry." He pulled me to his chest. I sat in his arms repeating 'I love you' until his crying ceased.
"It was Rebecca." He rubbed his eyes.
"Ha!" I jumped up. "Five dollars, pay up." I grinned in victory.
"What!" He stood up also. "This proves nothing. She was just drunk, it doesn't mean she likes me."
"It so does." I insisted. "It just means she's not brave enough when she's sober."
"You still haven't won the bet." He crossed his arms.
"We'll see." I laughed placing a kiss on his lips.

"Xavier is such a puppy." Stacy commented as I finished telling her about what happened at the party yesterday. "He is so adorable."
"He's a less childish Tommy." I nodded.
"Don't do this." Stacy glared at me. "Don't bring Tommy into conversation just so you can try and convince me to talk to him."
"You should talk to him." She narrowed her eyes at me. "Fine, I'll drop the subject.
We sat in silence for a moment as we did homework.
"You know he sits out your room at night." I told her.
"Amber!" She threw her hands in the air.
"Sorry, sorry." I mumbled closing my book. "I'm going to go do my homework somewhere else since I'll just get distracted here."
I left the room making sure not to lock the door so Tommy could get in if he tried. I sat at the dining room table and laid out the sheets of paper in front of me, I struggled with math.
"Hey Amber." I looked to see Brandon and Tommy entering the room.
"I left the door unlocked." Tommy looked at me with wide eyes before darting out of the room.
