Taehyung p.o.v. but in writing format pt. 2)

Day 5

I waited for hours outside father's chamber until I finally gave up knowing that they won't let me in. I really don't understand why they are doing this. If they want Jimin hyung to be crown prince all they have to do is get the public approval.

I decided to visit Seokjin hyung since he said he wanted to travel to the west and see what adventures lie before him and I heard that he was supposed to return today. Knowing that I went to the Sky Courtyard. I hoped I don't meet Princess Jisoo who lives right next to Sky Courtyard. She is so hard to handle even if she is older than me she can throw the worst tantrums. I heard that one time a servant spilled tea on her silk dress. The poor servant had to get flogged a hundred times and have to be kicked out of the palace. She also has a loving to clothes. I was rumored that she has eighty silk dresses. I have fifty silk garments, but eighty is too much.

I walk right into the garden and see that no servants were there. I went inside his study awaiting him. I was quietly humming until I heard voices. I opened the door slightly and saw Seokmin hyung, Jongdae hyung, another man and Jongin hyung!? Wasn't he the best friend and Eunoch of Jeongguk's why is he hear I continue to listen.

'Hey we have to kill one person or else our chance to eliminate the King will shrink '

'I think we should kill Jeongguk's first he is just a useless child of a concubine with talent.'

'Chanyeol hyung Jeongguk is a poor child please spare him'

'Hey stop it I think the biggest trial is crown prince Namjoon'

'Why don't we eliminate Namjoon, Yoongi, and Jeongguk first'

'Because Taehyung can't do anything, but write and study literature and Seokjin and is away on a trip. We could easily get rid of Seokjin if we send assassins out.'

'But recently Jimin has been practicing with Taehyung on swordsmanship and he is really improving'

'I don't care as long as a prince is killed all will be well'

I was shocked as there conversation. I can't let my family go to ruins because of them. I stayed as quiet as I possibly can. I waited for them to leave. I quickly hurried back to my courtyard, but before I could something hit my head and I fell down the stairs instantly blacking out.

Namjoon POV (A/N I didn't expect this either)

I was walking to the palace garden because I was bored and frustrated. I people want Hoseok or Jimin to be the King but I was the first born so that couldn't happen. I accidentally trip and by that point, I think the gods are frowning upon me. I kicked a stick out of anger. I heard a grunt and I looked toward the direction of it. I rushed towards the sound and I saw a man lying on the ground with my stick near his head. I took a closer look and it was Taehyung!!! I pulled Taehyung up an put his arm around my shoulder. I was walking and after a couple of steps, I was already sweating. I saw Jeongguk coming this way and I stopped him. "Jeongguk can you help me," I said as my face flushes red with embarrassment. How am I supposed to tell him I kick a stick at my brother?

"Okay hyung," Jeongguk said. He put Taehyung's other had on his shoulder. After a long time of walking, we arrived at Harvest courtyard. Jeongguk opened the door to Taehyung's room and I placed him on the bed.

"Should we call the imperial physicians? " I asked

Jeongguk shook his head and said, "Do you want to explain to him?"

I quickly shook my head and he let out a laugh. I watched Jeongguk as he rolled up his sleeves and got warm water. I watched carefully as he bandaged Taehyung's head. I really regret about kicking the stick. I start to notice bandages on Jeongguk's arm and neck. What has this kid done to be like this? I was in a daze as Jeongguk walked towards me and sat next to me.

"Hyung, are you okay. " Jeongguk asks. I shoot my head up and nodded.

"Okay, well I'll be leaving now. " Jeongguk said. I stood up and grabbed Jeongguk's shoulder out of impulse. He winced and smiled patting my hand to let go. He bowed slightly and excused himself.

Yoongi POV (A/N You really didn't expect this right)

I saw a shadow lurking around my courtyard recently, but I can't seem to catch it. I felt deprived of my energy and I didn't sleep well these days. I ate my three meals and drank enough water. I practiced swordsmanship regularly too. Most importantly I am in my prime age. I was feeling well a few days ago and even better when Jeongguk gave me the medicine.

I felt weird and now that I think about it the food I ate was from the North Kitchen. It was known to the whole palace that the North Kitchen had an epidemic spread and almost got to the central court. Why would people send food from a place they knew had diseases? I was now taking caution in what I ate. I switched kitchen to the South Courtyard and ate less meat and more vegetables and herbs.

I also saw Jimin a couple days ago and he looked horrendous. He looked sleep deprived and his once groomed nails were chipped. The worst part is I saw him go to harvest courtyard and strangle a bunny. If I didn't stop him he would have killed the fluffy soul. What was wrong with Jimin these days? That I couldn't figure out and I just kept worrying more and more.
