The Fates POV:

"I still think we shouldn't have done that." Clotho said, feeling sorry for the girl. "Can't we bring her back to life?"

"Clotho, are you sure? We haven't done that in a millennia." Lachesis said.

"I am sure. But there is also a girl that needs a second chance, Atlantis. Atlantis can be the girls life force."

"That doesn't sound like a bad idea. I see her saving something big in her life." Lachesis approved.

"Ugh, fine. Bring her back, then." Atropos said, glumly.

Atlantis's POV:

AN: Atlantis is a young immortal goddess that I made up. She is the patron goddess of the city Atlantis (duh). And by young, she's 20 plus 4,000 or so years.

"My beautiful crystal. When we get out, we'll get revenge on Erebus and plant you throughout the ocean." I cooed to my crystal. I had no one to talk to for about 4,000 years, so I talked to the crystal. The crystal was a sparkling blue, it actually glowed.

"But for now, I must keep you safe." I broke a piece off of the crystal and made a necklace out of it and put it around my neck.

I started evaporating into golden dust. In my head, came voices. Boys screaming, and someone wailing. I looked down at my mermaid tail, for maybe the last time. It was a beta tail, meaning it had a big fin at the bottom. You mortals and your technology, look up beta mermaid tail you'll get it once you see it.

"Goodbye to my green and blue tail. I love your colors." Then my green eyes glowed, literally, with fear and then I disappeared into the open waters.

Noah's POV:

"You KILLED HER!" I slashed at the boy called Phoenix. I jabbed my dagger into his arm, he wailed in pain. I heard a bang and everyone stopped what they were doing and looked over to where Ava's dead body should have been but nothing was there. Then all of a sudden a flash of blue light bursted into the room.

"Noah, Move!" I heard Ava say. I did what she said. The all of a sudden Phoenix wailed in extreme pain. I saw a sword sticking out of his neck and I quickly looked away. I heard Phoenix drop.

"Noah, come on. I have a job to do." I turned around and I saw her but she looked better. Her spark was back and she looked so excited. I looked down at her tail and I gasped.

"You-You have a Beta tail! The rarest of all mermaid tails!" I looked at her and she smiled. "How are you alive?" She turned around and looked back at me.

"We'll talk after. Come on." Ava helped me up and she turned toward Tryphosa, ready to kill her.
