Maddie called me earlier today to let me know that she won't be able to come to school because she is on her menstrual cycle.

Mom told me that I should go and drop off the Naproxen that she had bought me to Maddie's house, but I told her that I'll buy Maddie her own Naproxen when I return from school. I just don't want her to find out that I was lying about my menstrual cycle and end up asking me endless questions that I cannot answer.

I was now sitting in the corner of the cafeteria eating my lunch alone, I was observing everyone who was entering the room...And then I saw that promiscuous women with her sluts following her like a goddess, they were were a clique of five.

Rebecca went to Micheal and sat on his lap, her friends sat next to Michael's friends that I still remember, I waited for Michael to move her off his lap, but he didn't, instead he started caressing her thighs.

That really hurt my feelings because when I was dating Michael he wouldn't allow me to sit on his lap.

I directed my attention from them to the cafeteria entrance, I don't want to cry in front of everyone.

As I was staring at the door, he entered the cafeteria, then my heart suddenly dropped, I felt like it was sinking in quicksand and my body started to quiver, my hand lost grip of the fried chicken I was eating, I was so scared, I don't want him to see me, I'm not ready for drama, I'm not ready for him to start reminding me of the past.

So I did the best thing I could do, picked up my bag pack from the floor and tried to hide myself with it, fortunately he did not see me and he went outside the cafeteria.

I placed my back pack on the floor again then continued observing people... I mean my best friend is not here so it's best to keep myself busy with observing my peers behavior. As I was wandering my eyes around they suddenly fell into his ocean blue eyes,he smirked and he made his way to me, I couldn't escape as my eyes had drowned so deep into his.

"Hey brownie"he said excitingly while taking a sit next to me.

"What do you want Zack?"

"I saw that you're lonely,so I came to keep you company" he said suavely.

"I don't need your company, I'm alright alone. I enjoy my own company."

"Oh come on ,don't be difficult,I'm done writing that horrific maths test ,I don't want to write another one"

"Oh really?" I stared at him.
"You don't have any other choice but to write another one"

"Ugh" he rolled his eyes "anyways where is your best friend?"

"Home" I went back to perform my duty of observing people.

"Uhm... doing what?"

"Don't you think that's none of your business?"

"Okay, okay okay " he paused "But I'm fortunate that I'll be spending this little time I have with you"

"Oh really?" I stared back to his blue eyes

"Yep" he said while popping the letter 'p'. "Why didn't you come to school the past few days? I really missed you"
