Calm Down

Jimin all but threw the remote from his hands and fumbled to get his phone from his hoodie pocket. Jimin has texted and tried to call Jihyun all week, after he was told the phone wasn't found. Occasionally he'd wake up to the messages he had sent left on 'read' so he knew Jihyun had his phone or someone did. Whoever had the phone turned it on to read messages, but turned it right back off so it couldn't be tracked. Officials in the whole domain had tried to track the phone, with no luck.

"Turn on the news?" Jimin whispers. Taehyung gulped and looked at Jin. Jimin wastes no time changing the channel to the news. "What if he was kidnapped an-and the kidnappers wants me to watch the news because it's a message. What if he was k-killed? And they want me to watch them discover the body!?" Jimin cries watching the ending to the show before the new started. Jin got up and sat beside Jimin. "Jiminie.. calm down." Jin says rubbing Jimin's back. Taehyung shifted in his seat as the water in his glass started floating. "Jiminie. Stop. Let's just wait a few minutes and see what's up." Taehyung says sitting on the other side of Jimin.

"Hello to our beautiful Central, Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western kingdom viewers. I am Daisy Noks and this evening we've received word of an announcement made outside our glorious domain. Well turn it over now to the Marquees kingdoms network." The news anchor says. Jimin's shaking like a leaf between Jin and Taehyung. "Hello to Marquees kingdom and all other kingdoms joining us this evening, for this announcement. Let's listen in to the announcement from our own king of the Marquees kingdom." A male anchor says with a smile. "I'm so proud to announce your princess, princess Christina's engagement to prince Jihyun of the Eastern kingdom. The wedding will be held in a just few days." The plump king of Marquees says with a huge grin. Jimin's eyes widened.

Jimin burst through his parents bedroom door. The guards outside standing in the doorway in shock. "Father. Jihyun is in Marquees kingdom." Jimin says trying to catch his breath. "What?" King Park asks standing up from his chair by the window and putting a book down on the cushion. "He sent you a message?" King Park asks walking closer to Jimin, waving the guards away. "No. It was just on the news." Jimin says his voice full of worry. The king looked off in thought for a few seconds.

"Ok. I'll need you to go and make sure he's there on his own accord." King Park says taking Jimin's small hands in his much larger ones. Jimin looked down at the twin rings on both of his middle fingers. One was his and the other was Jihyun's. "Of course." Jimin says with a nod. "You must do it diplomatically and you must take the other princes. This is a domain matter just as much as an Eastern kingdom matter. This will be a chance to make sure he's in good health, but we'll mask it as a meeting to discuss possible trade. I may not have wanted this engagement, but before Jihyun is married the terms of our alliance with Marquees kingdom should be determined and agreed to by both sides." King Park says. Jimin's eyes start to well up with tears. "He's really ok." Jimin whispers. King Park pulls Jimin into a hug and they held each other.

♡The next day♡

"You don't all have to come." Jimin says with a weak smile. "We want to." Jungkook says with a small bunny smile. "We're not letting you go alone Minnie." Yoongi says with a grin. "I was with Yoongi and I had to drag him here." Namjoon says rolling his eye. "I was gonna come!" Yoongi says, nearly growling. "Anyway! It's a domain matter. A member of each of royal family has to go either way." Hoseok says with his sunshine smile. Namjoon looked over at Hoseok and they smiled at each other for a moment before turning their attention back to Jimin. "Shouldn't we each bring a knight, just in case?" Taehyung asks glancing at Namjoon. "It'd be nice to see our knights in armor again, wouldn't it?" Namjoon asks looking at Hobi with a smirk.

"Normally we would, but with our gifts? I don't think we need any knights." Jimin says shaking his head. "I also think because of the circumstances it might be better not to take any." Namjoon says crossing his arms. "Well then. If we have everything let's get going." Jimin says opening the car door.
