I made my way to my locker and punched in the combination the locker opened and a candy cane fell out with my binder. What the heck why is there a candy cane? I bend down and picked up the candy cane and it said
"Hey Sarah um I like you and I uh wanted to give you this xoxo-J
Who the heck is J and why does he or she like me?
"Hey Sarah" My friend Laura says as she tucks a strand of her long Black hair under her ear.
"Hey Laura are you gonna hit me with a orange again" I say I'm still very mad about her hitting me in the nose with a orange. IT FREAKING HURT!
Laura rolls her eyes "Oh come on that was one time. Hey what's that" She says and grabs the candy cane out of my hand her eyes widen as she reads the card.
"Oh my gosh" Someone has a crush on you ! Do you know who it is" Laura asks. "Your guess is as good as mine" I say and Laura nods. But who is this I really want to know. I push those feelings aside and head to 4th period. The teacher starts talking about some boring science experiment which was freaking awful, and to make matters even worse I couldn't get this J guy out of my head like who is he?. I only have one way to solve this and let's just say this I HAVE NO INTENTION TO DATE HIM! I just wanna know who he is. The bell rang and I made my way to 6th period.

Time skip to after school at Laura's house in the middle of a study session

"Laura I need your help" I suddenly say. Laura looks up from the book she's reading and smirks "Let me guess it's about J" She says  "shut up" I yell at her. "You know if you want to find out who he is just come with me I know people" Laura says. I raise an eyebrow at her "Laura what are you talking about" I ask her she better not be hanging out with the wrong  people.Laura rolls her eyes "Do you trust me" She asks "No" I reply. "Good don't ever trust me" She says and grabs my hand "Come on let's go" She says and we start walking down the hallway grab our coats and I let her lead me all the way to school.
"Laura what the heck are we doing here !" I ask her. She just rolls her eyes and knocks on the door three times. We wait for awhile and then a girl with short jet black hair and dark brown eyes opens the door. She's wearing a black and white checkered sweater and Adidas pants."Hey Laura" She says and her voice sounds incredibly soothing, she should be in an a.s.m.r. channel. "Who's the newbie" She asks pointing at me."She's only here for today Annabeth" Laura replies and we walk into the school down the hall to the computer lab."Welcome to my favorite illegal after school club" She says and opens the door.
"WOAH" I say as I see about 12 people inside the lab. There all laughing at a joke as gorgeous by Taylor Swift plays softly in the background. Everyone turns to look at me and I shyly wave at them. "Hey Laura" a guy with long blonde hair says. I think his name is Kyle? "Hey Kyle did you get the footage" Laura asks. "No because unlike you I was busy hacking Julie's grade like we're supposed to do and not helping out a friend no offence " He says while glancing at me for the no offense part and I'm really starting to hate this guy like who does he think he is.Wait. What did he say about hacking grade's. "Laura what did he mean about hacking people's grade" I said through gritted teeth. "I'll tell you later but first I'm going to hack the school's camera to find out who j is" she says as she sits down and starts typing at her computer.

It's been an hour and Laura's still typing away at her computer she says it's going to be done in about 5 minutes. So far nothing really important happened expect I met 2 girls names Sam and sunny there both twins and we promised to hang out after school tomorrow. Oh and there's Jacob in the corner who keeps staring at me and looking away he's cute WAIT WHAT NO ME AND JACOB are just friends. "Oh my gosh" I hear Laura say. "What what is it" I ask and Laura quickly closes the Chromebook "nothing" She says her voice so clear that if anyone else heard it would think she was telling the truth but I knew her. "Laura open up the Chromebook" I say sternly and she sighs "don't say it's my fault when you find out" She whispers under her breath. What is that suppose to mean I think
"OH MY GOSH" I scream as I see the chrome book j is Jacob I'm shook. Me and Jacob have been friends since second grade when me and Laura accidentally spilled chocolate milk on him. "I've never thought of him like that" I say and then I hear the door open and Jacob walks in. I never realized he left. "Hey" I say "Hi" he replies. "Okay well I'll leave you two  to sort out whatever this is. Oh and if it helps I was always hoping you two kids would get together" She says and motion's for the rest of the people in the room to come with her. They followed her some waved at me and I got a "good luck" from Sam and Sunny and a pat on the back from Annabeth.
"Um a yeah okay I can do this so I sort of have always had a crush on you but never knew how to tell you gosh this is so stupid as if you'd ever like me. You probably like someone else" I interrupted Jacob bye placing my lips on his lips. I pull away and say "You talk to much" He hugs me and we stay like that.
