Sarah has been tossing and turning all night. Tomorrow was the big game against Hufflepuff and Sarah was extremely anxious. She was finally the Gryffindor Quiditch captain. For the past four years Gryffindor has been second in the Quiditch cup because freaking Slytherin kept beating them. Sarah was so over it. That's why this year she was training her team harder then ever.
"pssst Sarah" she heard a voice say and looked over to find her friend Sunny standing over her bed very creepily. "Are you asleep" she asks.
"Does it look like I'm asleep" Sarah says trying to whisper and sound harsh at the same time.
"Okay sorry" Sunny whispers holding her hands up. "Laura's throwing a party in the Slytherin common room.." Sunny starts saying but Sarah interrupts her "What she is how come no one told me" She says sounding surprised.
"We did try to tell you, I passed you a piece of paper that said 'party at 11 thrown by Laura wanna come?? with me :)' but you didn't even look at it you just crumbled it up and threw it at the new Slytherin captain what's his name again Joshua??"
Sarah flushes remembering that "Well he deserved it he threw gum in my hair and his name is Jacob" she says.
"Sounds like a dumb name but are you coming or not I think everyone's already there' sunny asks.
"Yeah I'll go" Sarah says slowly getting out of bed and tip toing to her closet so she won't wake the other girls. She tries to slowly open up her closet but fails because it makes a long squeaky sound causing Sunny to face palm.
"Hey it's not my fault that this closet is so freaking old" Sarah whispers pointing at it. Sunny just rolls her eyes in annoyance. Sarah turns to her closet to figure out what she should wear she settles for a red sweatshirt and a pair of black leggings and runs into the bathroom to change. She looks at herself in the mirror and decides to leave her hair down. She walks out of the bathroom making sure to be extremely quite.
"Alright let's go" Sunny whispers and they quietly tip toe into the hallway. After endless walking the girls made there way to the bare stretch of stone wall in the dungeons. They knock on the wall and it immediately opens. They were hit with a blast of music and about fifty kids dancing, eating and over all being crazy.
"Oh my God" Sunny says.
"Guys come here"!! Annabel yells at them for across the room and they kneed there way through the crowd to find her and Sam drinking some butter beer.
"Hey guys" Sam says.
"Hi" both of the girls respond at the same time.
"Where's Laura" Sunny asks.
"I think she went to get more food" Annabel says taking a sip of butter beer. Sarah's stomach grumbles and that's when she realizes that she's actually really hungry.
"Where is the food"? Sarah asks Annabel and she points to a table at the back of the room. Sarah looked at the crowd of people surrounding the table. Oh God she was gonna have to elbow her way towards the snacks but her hunger is stronger then her fear of people so she makes her way into the crowd. She's elbowing, walking into and accidentally pushing people while apologizing. When suddenly a hand grabs her and drags her towards the corner. She looks up and finds that she's face to face with Jacob.
"What is wrong with you" She yells yanking her hand out of his grip.
"What the heck is this" He seethes and hands her a piece of paper. Sarah opens it confused and written in Sunnys writing are the words 'party at 11 thrown by Laura wanna come?? with me :)'. Then it hits her he thinks this was for him. He thinks she was asking him out Oh God.
